Butterflies are great a staff is very nice but the food stinks cold and overpriced

This place is like stepping into paradise, so peaceful with calm music playing as you enjoy the beautiful butterflies flying around you and the beautiful flowers! It's cheaper than a massage and so relaxing! There are beautiful frogs and much more to enjoy!

Kids will love this place. An awesome place to try your photography skills. They also do birthday parties for kids. Bring your own food as there are not many options available for vegetarian or vegans

It really IS magical! Just found out about this place a couple of days ago and needed to cheer my daughter up. It was a fantastic experience for both of us. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and (at the time of this writing) very safe protocols in place for keeping people safe and physically distanced. They even took our temperature at the door. Not just butterflies either - frogs, bugs, lizards, koi ponds, colorful finches, hummingbirds and adorable little button quail running around, too. What a beautiful way to spend a soggy, rainy gray afternoon. 10/10.

Such a nice, relaxing place in the colder months. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Before we knew it, we had wandered around the conservatory for 2 plus hours!

This place is awesome. You literally walk into a world of butterflies. From all shapes and sizes. Hundreds are visible at any given time. There are a few different Coy ponds and birds wandering free. We even saw a hummingbird. And all the plantlife in the place are real and amazing. An absolutely beautiful place.

It's a super cute place to spend an hour or two, but the kids were ready to leave fairly quickly. A bit expensive given it's not that big and not a lot to do if you can't or won't be able to sit and just enjoy the surroundings and watch the butterflies.

A tropical reality of butterfly's and tiny birds with three small tortoises, a skink, a chamellon, among other tropical things like bearded dragons. Before you go in to where the butterfly's are there is a educational video and display cases of live and unlive tropical beings A gift shop and cafe are very family friendly and a huge variety of things to pick from the gift shop. You can spend the entire day there if you like it closes at 5:00

Wonderful. Full of beautiful butterflies and others. Helpful, friendly staff. Very enjoyable afternoon. They say they're open 363 days a year. Visit the tropics in December...I will return.

A wonderful place to bring children. Captivating experience. The added benefit is the sense of an almost Zen relaxation immediately upon entering the butterfly domain. Plus the added attraction of a very nice cafeteria and the gift shop. I also have to say that the staff is just delightful. Will visit again and again.

The ice cream is great and they make good salads. The major attractions are the beautiful butterflies

It was a experience I will never forget ! Butterflies are a natural beauty! I was as amazed as my 9 month old son was. Never I have seen anything as tranquil as butterflies flying everywhere. We were even lucky enough for them to land on us ! I can't wait to visit again!

Many varieties, flying free in main area. Really beautiful and loved space.

Fantastic indoor facility with hundreds of butterfly's and other creatures like Frogs and reptiles. Lots of educational content as well. The outdoor Gardens were a little underwhelming and should have been put towards the back of the facility to avoid traffic noise and distraction they also should have been larger.

Very unique. Once you're in the greenhouse with the butterflies is where you get the real experience. Definitely worth the price of admission for the break from winter.

Brought my 7-year-old niece here and my 92-year-old grandmother and both loved it. We spent several hours there watching the butterflies, taking pictures, and learning about the different animals and insects they have in the exhibits.

Entertaining butterflies will land on you. They have some pretty ones that I have never seen. They do offer senior discounts

This place is sooo much bigger than Butterfly Place. Its so beautiful in there. We even saw a family of little quail running around on the floors. There's also a diner connected right next door with great food. We purchased a butterfly chrysalis to take home and hatch.

Kathy and Donald your butterfly museum was beautiful, and peaceful. I wish I could have gone with Nanny, but she was with me. Well done.

So much fun! Such a beautiful place with very knowledgeable staff. The garden and butterfly room are gorgeous and it s very relaxing to walk through. They also have frogs and other reptiles before the exhibit that are fun to read about as well.

Beautiful place with a friendly staff. They are very informative. The people in the gift shop are not trained to answer even basic knowledge about the place or when plants go on sale. Though I love butterflies, I absolutely love tropical plants and would have loved to be told when I can expect to see them for sale

Beatiful butterflies and beautiful plants. Nice place to spend some time with family. It is not too fancy but the butterflies and animals aquariums are well maintained and clean.
Younger staff is kind and welcoming.
The only unpleasant experience was with one older lady, who should consider changing her attitude. She was surprisingly rude. No reasonfor that. Just simply rude.
Luckily, she was not able to spoil our good experience.

Very expensive for just watching butterfly fly around. Unless you have money to just put anywhere I would recommend just looking in the gift shop.

The best place to bring your little ones. Food served there including a meatless veggie burger and a beautiful butterfly enclosure

The Visit was OK I just wish there was more area to cover the prices high for such little ground to cover but the kids add a good time for the few minutes we were there I would say this is the kind of place you would stop to visit if you were driving by but I wouldn't go out of my way to drive-up here just to see it
