Three days ago, I wrote a positive review but I am taking it back now. I thought the customer service was good but I am still jumping through hoops to get my medication. Especially since I was told my medication was already being shipped. Now, I call and of course my medication is still being processed.

These ladies (gentleman too, I m sure) have the best customer service skills! They really go above and beyond to try and help you and are so pleasant as they do so. They recently took over my RX management and I cannot believe the difference when interacting with them.

They are so easy to deal with and personable, I almost wouldn t care if they produced results or not. But they do that as well! Sooo refreshing!

I unfortunately had the pleasure of speaking with Lena J at this facility and let s just the experience was horrible!!!! She acted as if she did not want to help, she had a attitude the whole time and was very rude!!!! She sound like she was smacking him the whole time, I felt rushed and unwelcome. I will be letting everyone I do business with not to look into this pharmacy for rx services. She needs a class on phone etiquette and communication otherwise a lot of business will be ruined while she is there. If I can give-10 stars I most definitely would!!!!!

I have been using this service for 9 months. There is a problem every time I refill my prescription. They are very slow, they lose refills that the doctor sends them. The customer service is friendly, that's the only good thing I can say.

Drugstore from hell: cannot find records, sending wrong medications and do not accept returns, unhelpful and rude people to the extreme. Takes 30 mins on the phone to order refills. They are a danger to their patients and should be put out of business.

I actually knew someone who is employed by this company and the management there is very bad they show favoritism to their friends one manager there actually was slowly firing the previous employees and slowly hiring all her friends that she worked with at a different company on and given them better pay than those that she got rid of that had been working there for four years so this place is terrible they actually were purchased by Magellan it was an old Mom and Pop's place and took care of their employees beyond belief from Magellan sucks stay away from them terrible but this company is horrible the person that actually work there was my wife and she got a handwritten letter from the CEO of the company he actually took time out of his day to write her a letter and send her a giftcard address to her home address because of the service that she had provided for one of his friends that she didn't know about and this manager was still able to Chase my wife off and hire another one of her friends in her place and didn't get any feedback from it from the CEO so that tells you how horrible of a company this place is they really do not care about their employees all they care about or the customers actually cuz all they care about is the numbers my wife used to get in trouble all the time because she would go the extra mile to take care of the customer and make sure the customer was satisfied instead of just keeping her numbers up so all they care about is companies numbers

Company allows fraternizing within departments, managers are more like friends, managers hire all of their friends, lots of favortism, HR does not handle complaints properly, they allow hatred, discrimination, and aggressive behavior to repeatedly occur even when it comes to employees safety. They don t look at Work production to see who actually does work hard and they allow childish and immature behavior.

Automatic refills are working fine. But they overcharged me for one and instead of giving me credit, they charged an additional amount. Been on the phone numerous times for over 3 hours with numerous people, and no one knows what to do and how to give me a credit. Billing sends you to pharmacy who says it's a billing issue, and then sends you to customer service who says it's a billing problem, and billing says it is an issue with my co-pay from my insurance, and nothing is resolved! Different departments do not talk to each other and no one wants to do the work.

Hands down the absolute worst prescription provide...

Hands down the absolute worst prescription provider. Higher than retail prices but require I use them instead of local pharmacies, because they manage the plan and are a retail seller. No auto refill possible, can't do 90 day refills per their own internal policies for my medication. Every single month I run out or very nearly run out of lifesaving medication. Awful customer service, a website which is unreliable and doesn't give confirmation for things requested. Literally THE WORST. If zero stars were possible it would be my rating. My life and my health are made worse because I'm required to use this terrible, terrible company.

When no local pharmacy was willing to help me with my needs, the awesome staff at Magellan RX stepped up and went above and beyond to make sure that I not only got what I needed, but that the pharmacies illegally refusing to provide me what I needed were reported. I am so grateful for the people at Magellan RX. Being chronically ill is hard enough in this world. We don't need our providers treating us as worthless too.

I have been trying to over a week to get a prescription for my daughter from the speciality pharmacy. I have been transferred to multiple people and they still can not get the prescription sent. I have no option but to use them as my insurance will not cover the medication anywhere else. So far, my experience has been awful and I would not recommend them to anyone!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. When someone needs a prescription refilled for a chemotherapy medication, they shouldn't have to deal with the hassle of terrible customer service. When pills are roughly $50 each and you are requesting a lesser amount than the prescription and both the insurance company and the pharmacist at the pharmacy says it's OK, the customer service representative should just put the order through. Cancer is hard enough to deal with and adding stress from a terrible customer service representative just adds to it. If it wasn't for the fact our insurance requires we use this poor excuse for a pharmacy, then we would be going elsewhere!

Terrible service! Spent over an hour on the phone trying to refill a prescription! The person on the other line couldn't speak the fluid english and kept telling me I had to repeat myself because she couldn't understand me! This was almost as frustrating as their lack of knowledge about medications and disorganization and note taking from a call i had previously made concerning the same exact thing! My insurance company finally switching from this terrible company to another! I have made my last frustrating call to this company!

If you're looking for a PBM, this is the place to ...

If you're looking for a PBM, this is the place to look if you would like to kill your employees and their families. They do this by recommending prescriptions that you're allergic to, instead of listening to what YOUR doctor prescribed. Then when you tell them that you're allergic, they say "o well, appeal denied". Then you need to follow up with your insurance company or employer. This kind of judgement call seems like a slam dunk. I wonder why an insurance company or employer would need a PBM if this level of customer service is provided.
