If I could give less than 1 star I would. When someone needs a prescription refilled for a chemotherapy medication, they shouldn't have to deal with the hassle of terrible customer service. When pills are roughly $50 each and you are requesting a lesser amount than the prescription and both the insurance company and the pharmacist at the pharmacy says it's OK, the customer service representative should just put the order through. Cancer is hard enough to deal with and adding stress from a terrible customer service representative just adds to it. If it wasn't for the fact our insurance requires we use this poor excuse for a pharmacy, then we would be going elsewhere!
