Terrible service! Spent over an hour on the phone ...

Terrible service! Spent over an hour on the phone trying to refill a prescription! The person on the other line couldn't speak the fluid english and kept telling me I had to repeat myself because she couldn't understand me! This was almost as frustrating as their lack of knowledge about medications and disorganization and note taking from a call i had previously made concerning the same exact thing! My insurance company finally switching from this terrible company to another! I have made my last frustrating call to this company!
