Ridiculous deal with the leased. They ignored all the problems of the apartment, treated the leased as stupid and no communication with the landlord. Rats that leave the fellows to handle all the problems, but are unable to have professionalism. We asked for the receipts numerous times, and it turns out they were not found. Of course, then you are charged "over" expenses. Definitely a nonsense. People who give 5 stars are people with 1-3 reviews on Maps. Those who give 1 star are "local guide".

They are crooks every month he finds a way to make you pay more for your rent! Avoid at all costs

Disappointing! They retain the deposit abusively and they are not responsible.
At the beginning they ask you 1300 of FEES ("service costs") exaggerated for the care they offer and the little responsibility.

Then they remove the DEPOSIT for no reason and disregard. They tell you that the landlord takes it, and the landlord tells you that it is the agency's business. They don't even bother to hear you.

Two month deposit ( 2200) which is not reasonable (according to Facua it has to be one month). They are left with 550 deposit although they were going to keep 900. You ask for reasonable invoices that show that the repairs cost what was said and do not, do not even respond. Alleged inflated price repairs. And they intend to sneak things that are not in the contract.

Of course, finding a flat on your own is more profitable and you do not have to deal with people to see who cares for any problem with the apartment.

Full disappointment with the treatment of the clients. The agency did not give any explanation to the invoices they want the tenants to pay. Additionally they claim that the contract is a private issue between the property owner and the tenants even though it is them who provide us with those documents and in fact take care of half of the flat business. Contact with them is possible only when they want to write with you, other than that expect ignoring or stalling with meaningless answers. This tendency is clearly visible when the contract is over and the tenants had to leave the place. What is more, the conditions on the rent change dynamically, one day we were told we can rent it for 10 months, another it was already 11. As the result of contracting them, we have paid more than one month of fees at the beginning and lost most of the deposit due to shady business practices done by them and the property owner.

SCAMMERS kept the money from my bail they stole 1000 from me, euros have not shown my face since February. They hire a cleaning service that supposedly costs 200 euros just to keep your money. Get away from these people who are the most detestable thieves in the world.

MadridEasy is a company that takes advantage of students coming from abroad, taking their money in bad faith. First and foremost, this company will misrepresent information about rooms and the apartment. You need to make sure you ask them questions about windows, balconies and things of that sort because they will misrepresent that information and/or hide it from you. In addition, the apartment descriptions are not accurate, the description of my apartment said that each bedroom has a large closet, desk, chair and balcony . Not only did 4 out of the 7 rooms not have a balcony but in addition my room did not even have a window (this was never indicated to me). In addition, the apartment was old and there were many things that needed repair; such as needing to mop the bathroom floor after every shower due to leaking. I had to switch apartments due to the false and unacceptable conditions. MadridEasy not only did not help me with this switch but they also did not reimburse a penny. MadridEasy has a very high service fee and you will need to pay three things with this company: the security deposit, a service fee, and the monthly rent. Do not mistake the service fee for the first month s rent. Also beware that they have short hours of operation and even if there is a problem they will not answer you if it is outside of normal hours. I would avoid this company as there are plenty of other options, such as Erasmos Rooms, in Madrid that offer better and cheaper services.

Horrible experience with them. They prey on students that have left Madrid and want their deposit back. Before leaving I asked the staff on the maximum that would be taken out of the deposit and he said 150 which included administration fees and cleaning fees, a total of 200 was taken out of my deposit on the grounds that it took longer to clean your apartment so extra 50 which is not reasonable as the apartment I rented was tiny. I d spent on average less than 30mins to clean it, also, I left the apartment clean, checking everything before I left! NOT REASONABLE. STAFF IS ALSO EXTREMELY RUDE on email, THEY WILL ALSO STOP REPLYING YOUR EMAILS BECAUSE THEY FEEL LIKE IT. They were not helpful and couldn t get off their high horse. I found them on Uniplaces, and in total have paid about 600 IN ADMINISTRATION FEES, altogether to both for a subpar mediocre tiny apartment with almost 0 help or support during my stay. On the day I left, I went to their HQ to drop stuff off and kindly asked if they could help me print my boarding pass and they declined, instead they told me to go to the printing store up the hill closer to the centre, as the sound of their printer printed stuff in the background. I was more than willing to pay for it so I could get to the airport for my flight but no, they couldn t print a single page. NOT HELPFUL. STAY AWAY, there are better companies out there for the same services.

RECOMMENDED! ... I was delighted with this company, they were very attentive from the beginning, they gave me recommendations on the flats based on the prices (which are accessible to students) and the location that best suited me, I had no problem with them in no time.

They are scammers, I have been waiting for months to get my deposit back and they still do not give me an answer, they look for meaningless excuses the few times they respond and in the end they do not give a solution to anything !!

As you can read in the rest of the comments, we are still waiting for a refund of almost 1000 after 2 months ... excuses or lack of response is the only thing we receive. We will take legal action if the situation does not stir.

Honestly, it's the best option for exchange students who wanna feel like home. They give you multiple choices of housing depending on your budget. They are going to try to scam you the money they can. We stayed with them for 2 years and they took the deposit money and the costs of electricity, gas and water that corresponds to us. They take long to return it and say they don't have the money.

It is a company with very nice floors, but the customer service is the worst, they are rude, they do not have complete information on anything, they do not provide security, they do not help at all, and the worst they charge for EVERYTHING. They offer you a room for 450 but if you do the math, it ends up going to 550-600 a month, for all the extra they charge you. They ask you for an amount of money and things to ensure you, but they do not give you security. If you can, do not contract with this company, unless you are willing to be treated badly, never having complete information, not being able to see your apartment before paying and above all to pay too much money, for a room that looks good in PHOTOS.

I came to Madrid to finish my university studies, from my city I booked the accommodation with this company without visiting the apartment previously and it was the same as in the photos on the web. I would recommend it without hesitation!
