AVOID, if you don't want a horrible housing experience. The flat was dirty when I moved in(dirty kitchen, dirty dishes, dirty living room) I contacted them about it, they sent someone and he replaced the lightbulbs...
They charge 75 euros by default for cleaning when moving out but the flat you move in is dirty.
