I have to say that Virginia Chan has been an the ultimate professional when it came to my insurance needs. Not only was she patient in helping me when I purchased my apartment and needed condominium insurance, she was also very helpful when I finally purchased a car and needed to get it off the lot ASAP!! Virginia called me to make sure I received all the documents needed to leave the dealership and she got me out of there within 30 minutes of my original call to her.
