Very nice place. Clean, doctors care. Why not 5 stars...Front desk check in staff unprofessional. Lacking in customer service skills. Rescheduling is a common practice here. Better communication would have been nice during the checkout procedure.

Medical receptionist came across not caring, asked about average cost for urgent Care visit and she referred me to some thing called Priceline and didn't ask any questions. Just came off as uncaring.

I've had blood screens, physcials, and prescription refills through this clinic. The service was always good, though they seem to get a lot of older patients who monopolize the staff's time.

Good overall. Wish it was easier to see your doctor on a short notice. Also had a great experience with a girl at checkout named Karen. She was able to help me out with an ultrasound scheduling in a timely and professional manner.

I was just completely treated like crap by the nurse over the phone. I explained my concerns, I'm still very ill with new symptoms... and explained that I was just in Urgent Care 5 days ago with a negligent doctor who didn't even do any type of diagnosis or tests besides cancelling out Strep... and this nurse told me I did have a diagnosis in my chart, whipped out of thin air... it's Viral, so there are no treatments... going off the chart notes of the psychic UW Health Urgent Care negligent Dr. who listened to my breathing and sent me home to take ibuprofen and did NO other tests to diagnose my sickness. This nurse at Odana told me to go home and take more OTC drugs that are NOT working!? I had to snap on her to even schedule an appointment to be seen, as I basically demanded a real diagnosis. She said they wouldn't see me unless I'm at least 2 weeks sick... 5 days being bed ridden isn't enough. If I had actual tests done, and it was viral, I'd understand antibiotics won't work and honestly I like to stay away from antibiotics. She was talking over me as I was explaining my new symptoms... Just plain AWFUL!!! In the last 5 days I have been treated like dirt from both UW "Health" Urgent Care Mineral Point and this clinic. I'm firing UW Health... Except Dr. Ben Marcus is amazing. He is the best doctor ever. I wish he did primary care too... My co-worker was telling me about her care at Dean (I think I got it from her) and how they did all these tests and gave her a prescription right away. I just am astounded by how awful UW "Health" or more like UW Sick has turned out to be.

Unwelcoming staff. Long wait times. Had to reschedule my visit a week out because they took back a patient who was scheduled after me and I was going to be late for work. A nurse rudely told me this was my fault for coming on time to my appointment and not arriving early. Finally was seen a week later for a 5 minute appointment and was told to get over the counter meds which I assumed, but was told it was impertinent to come into the clinic. Waste of everyone s time and energy. Looking forward to finally switching to Dean this summer.

My first appointment I arrived on time and waited a whole hour to be seen. My second appointment was moved due to the Drs change in schedule so I had to take off work. On my way to this appointment there was an accident and I called them to let them know that I'd be about 8mins late, and instead of letting me go to my appointment after they made me wait an hour for the first one they wanted me to reschedule.

I think it depends who you see there. I love Dr. Hotujec but she is always very busy. I agree that some people just want to brush you off unless you insist. I think management makes a big difference and I wish there was more consistency of care in this clinic.

I'm an admirer of UW hospitals. I have been a patient of Primary care physician Dr. Derek Hubbard. He is not only a great doctor, also given me best care for more than 15 years. It looks like administration has changed in recent years. UW Odana Atreum won't extend the prescription even if you are at the risk of dieing, if you don't meet the doctor. Some receptionest treat you like s ..t . Is UW hospital listening?

Terrible experience at this clinic with NP Anne Bachhuber. I'm unable to schedule an appointment with my regular MD as they're 3-4 months out. When I initially went in 4 months ago she told me my lower right abdominal pain was due to a pulled muscle when my symptoms did not match up with a pulled muscle. After $2k more in multiple consolations and her shoot from the hip way of determining the next step, she scheduled me to get a "diagnostic" colonoscopy which my insurance doesn't "preventatively" cover as I'm under 50. It cost me another $4k with yet no answers. When I told her I have a high deductible health plan she made me feel stupid about it. Looking forward to finding a new health care provider that cares about their patients, and how careless decisions affect the patients time and money.
