I have gone to the Girona street store in Barcelona and they have sold me the Wacom ACK-2050 tips for the Bamboo Stylus pencil as originals, but they are not the original ones. They are not going well or the packaging is the one used by Wacom, I told the person who attended me and assured me that they were and that it is possible that the packaging has changed. In my case, a management error in YOUR warehouse was transferred to SEUR, which, for doing them a favor, collected two packages and lost one (packaging error, two products that should have been in the same packaging are processed in two but SEUR only has one item in your shipping request). A DISASTER .. I feel cheated. AVOID THEM. Too bad I did not read these comments before taking my laptop. I took to repair a MAcBook, paying 19.99. The laptop worked perfectly (not counting the reason because it was carrying it, a broken screen, but with all the perfect functionality). The fact is that after giving me a budget of more than 1500, I decided not to fix it. Assuming the cost of 19.99 without problem. What I did not expect is to stop working when they returned it to me. It doesn't even start after this company or who has done it really spoiled it. Very unprofessional and I hope NOBODY bet on them in the repairs. A real disaster about these people. On "Black Friday" I buy an offer of iMac which in itself are not cheap. I buy them with some specifications since I need them for my work and when it arrives it does NOT have the correct graphics. I call to confirm that my order was correct and that the error was theirs and they tell me that the error is not theirs but from a third party (their supplier) But let's see, Macnificos is not supposed to be responsible for what Is it on your website? Also the "Solutions" that they offer me are not really solutions, they are options which do not help me as a client. The options they give me were to return the money (which I was left without the computer) and the second option was to pay me the difference of the graph (which is not what I wanted). They recommended this store to me at work but after spending this amount of money and not being able to provide a comfortable solution for me (client) I DO NOT RECOMMEND MACNIFICATIONS TO ANYONE! Look for other stores not really looking for the benefit of your customer they only care what you buy. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I have purchased twice here, both with express delivery. The first time I bought an LG monitor which was damaged and in the end the order took two weeks to arrive. The second was yesterday. I bought an Iphone 6s plus and put 2 left in stock. When I received the shipping confirmation email in the status of the same it said "Pending stock". I called and they confirmed that it was an error on the page that they were going to send it to me that same day. 5 hours pass and the order status remains the same "Pending stock". I call again to make sure, they confirm that the order is going to be sent shortly and they manually change the order status. It is 20:00 the day after placing the order and nothing has arrived. I called SEUR and they indicated that the order had been sent TODAY not YESTERDAY (The day they assured me they would send it.) Now I have to wait until Monday since today is Friday. I find it embarrassing. I will not buy more here.

Fatal after-sales service. I bought a NAS and it broke down after two and a half years, Synology gave me 3 years of warranty, but Macnificos only gives 2 years, so they told me to manage, that I was left alone with the processing of the warranty. Good COVID prevention measures, but probably one of the slowest (boxed, just one person) and arrogant employees I've seen. The products that have been sold to Macnificos have always had problems, from the confirmed reservation of a watch that when looking for it was not in stock, the inability to solve patchwork failures , always outside the term of repair that they themselves have given and without offering any kind of alternative. The customer service is cordial and correct but they do not offer any type of solution except waiting for the manufacturer's answers, although there have been many incidents.
