I called to ask for the price last week, but no one had any bad news after listening to the phone, and my attitude was bad! It seems to be worry-free, don t hesitate to talk about it, and I m even more uncomfortable than buying money. I really appreciate it!

Extremely unpleasant and disappointing experience with this shop. Multiple measurement errors, several rounds of unsatisfactory alteration, tailor was reluctant to make changes to the extent that he confrontationally asked me to teach him how to make alternation . I find this attitude shockingly irresponsible and unprofessional. I would not recommend Brown s Tailor. If you do an reverse image search you will see the gentleman in the profile pic on Facebook is not a real person. Probably a fake account hired to neutralise any negative comment. What a shame!!

What a fantastic experience with my bespoke 3 piece suit made by the Team! From their expertise in design, styling through to their meticulous workmanship, it s just second to none! I had experienced with many other so-called high end bespoke suit tailoring houses in Hong Kong, Felix and his team simply stand out from the crowd in terms of their service, expertise, choice of fabrics used, workmanship and very reasonably priced for the sort of calibre and quality. I ll definitely be back! Simply cannot recommend Brown s Tailor highly enough!
