I return to review and this time with 5 stars to Marc from the Customer Service Department, since finally he did his management and work well, and the phone was reserved. Despite emphasizing the importance of training store personnel, they are the public image of the company, and the inconvenience caused and the uncomfortable situation in the physical store cannot be reversed.
