Have been in contact with them for about 2 months now, maybe longer, and haven't found any jobs for me, not even temp. I keep having to follow up with the recruiter, Taylor, to see what happened with jobs I was interested in that she said she would submit my resume for.
Insulting waste of time. Mack staffing looks out for themselves ONLY. Through an insulting sequence of events form LinkedIn to in-office interview(s) they are not what they advertise. Don't waste your time.
I've applied for more than several positions in HR & Recruiting, various levels and I have NEVER been contacted.
I called Mack & Assoc. LTD on October 12th. I was told I have to send first my Resume and I am going to be contacted by one of the recruiters. I did it. Today is November 2nd and nobody even tried to reach out to me for these 20 days. Really disappointing!
Their office attorney and staff were so friendly and welcoming. I was advised not to file for bankruptcy but to work with my creditors as the attorney felt it was in my best interest for the amount of debt I had. They were sincere and not out just to make a profit on my troubles. I would recommend them if you are considering bankruptcy and they will tell you precisely what is best for you.
My lawyer didn t show up for a court hearing which cost me time with my children, and I had to secure new council. This is not a good law firm for men going through divorce.
Waste of time. They don't look at your resume or your job application. They don't care about your job interests or abilities, and if by some miracle they contact you its for a temp job they need to fill then a month later you're unemployed.

Update, one year later: Thanks to the diligent work of the lovely ladies at Mack, I'm approaching a full year at my current position. I was hired on full-time in September, having been placed as a temp in March. I will be forever grateful to Courtney for getting me into a position where I feel like I have a real place to grow!
I noticed there were no recent reviews, so I wanted to share my experience. Mack & Associates has been the most enthusiastic, communicative team I've ever worked with. I have joined and filled out papers with temp agencies, only to never hear back for weeks on end, despite reaching out. with Mack, I have had every single call returned, and at least one communication a week about opportunities. They really want to fit you somewhere that you will thrive, so during onboarding they ask a lot about your career goals and interests. I haven't been placed yet, but it has only been 3 weeks and they've submitted several resumes on my behalf. I had another interview this afternoon, and very high hopes. When I went in, the receptionist and both of the associates I met with three weeks prior recognized me and greeted me. You get out what you put in, I think, so if you are just looking for a paycheck you will just get a temp service. If you're excited about a job, you will get an amazing team of associates willing to get to know you and keep their eyes and ears open for something you'll enjoy doing.
Do not waste your time with this place - they do not care about your best interests & are not forthright in how they do their business. Mack & Associates was once a decent agency but has slid very far down & has no problem wasting your time.... do yourself a favor & skip this one; plenty of other options in the city.
The Mack team prepared me so well for the interview that it was actually easy! I got a great job thanks to their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommend the agency.

Worse place to deal with. I called them a few months ago and mentioned I sent my resume to them for a job posted in Indeed.com. The girl said it went to an email of someone who is no longer at the agency BUT she will have someone call me back right away. I waited a week and called back. Same girl said she was sorry they were supposed to call and PROMISED she would have someone get back to me within the next few minutes. That was almost two months ago. Will never go through them. Worst agency out there.
My experience working with Mack has been very positive. I have tried other agencies similar to theirs in the past & I can say without hesitation that these guys are the best. They are kind, understanding, insightful & have lots to offer. It's still up to me in the end of the day to do what is needed to land & hold the job, but these guys do everything one would hope for. You'll be very pleased should to decide to utilize Mack's services. Good Luck
Mack and Associates helped me through a very hard time in my life. They were very caring and compassionate. I could tell they cared for me as a person and not only as a client. I have never had to have a lawyer or have anything to do with court so I had no idea what I needed to do. They were patient and kind. They fully explained everything to me and answered my questions in detail. They were very well prepared, organized and prompt for our appointment and hearings.

Do not waste your time with this place! The "clients " they match you with are shady at best. I had 4 phone interviews, 1 skype interview and 1 face to face interview. I WAS PERFECT FOR THE JOB AND HIRED ON THE SPOT!!
I left my good paying job for their BS JOB where I lasted 3 days! Mack & Associates knew the client was misrepresenting the job but they put me in it anyway. When it went bad, Mack and Assoc.
took no responsibly for their part in the deception.
