Incept Review

My review is from the customer side as my current employer and Incept have worked together for over two years with Incept's Grows Division.
Incept is an important part of our Sales and Marketing Team with their main focus on prospecting and building awareness. Incept is professional, adaptable, and provides the consistent effort and data that would be hard for us to recreate on our own internally. Having Incept assist us on the front end of the sales pipeline allows our internal staff to focus on the middle and end of the pipeline. We are in the B2B space with a long, multi-year sales cycle and having Incept as part of our team has allowed us more opportunities with potential clients.

Strict attendance policy and they do not care about their employees on a personal level it's strictly business to them. You're just a number not a human being. They don't understand life happens.

The absolute best place I have ever worked. From the President down it's literally like a family. I have never seen a Vice President anywhere be this active with his employees and it trickles down. Great culture makes working as simple as coming in.

My mom and I literally had to call around to figure everything out before we started on Tuesday, we started Tuesday, and many new workers was having technical issues, it was one girl that was 2 hours late nothing was said, and that s when we first started training, they are unprofessional, at 2:00 we went on a lunch break, we wasn t no where near 2 hours late, the Taylor Lee girl wouldn t let us back in, they wasted my time and I don t like my time being wasted, I wouldn t recommend anyone working here, you would be confused when you start, they don t tell you no info, you have to figure it all out by yourself!!

Best company you ll ever work for. They care for you as a person, they don t just look at you as another employee. Every single employee here is like your own family. Such a comfortable work environment, flexible schedule, good pay and benefits. Seriously if you re considering, take the next step and apply here!

Great place to work. Flexible with your schedule if you have kids or go to school. The upper management actually takes time to get to know the employees. This is the first call center I've worked at and actually have had multiple conversations with both Sam and Dave. It really is like another family.

Honestly the best job I've had! I love the environment. And there's plenty of room to grow in the company.

If i could put this as a zero, i would. This place is a joke, a family member of mine was HIRED and PROMISED a job and days before her training they called her and said her training has been cancelled and the position was no longer available but would keep her resume on file.

That is the most unprofessional action I have ever seen from a company. You cannot promise someone employment and then say you never did. I will be writing more reviews on more platforms to reveal how truly unprofessional you are.

Incept is a top notch company. their performance is excellent, their support is even better, and their ethics -- the most important point to me -- are above reproach.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! This place is Racist and holds a high level of favoritism! The only "GOOD" thing is the pay and honestly they lie to you about your pay as well. Daily pay should hold half of your paycheck but then when you get your paycheck is smaller then what it is suppose to be. They don't care about you having technical difficulties! I love money but this company is the most unorganized and unprofessional job EVER!

Great company with a staff that is hard working and cares. Personally work with them and have been very impressed with the level of attention and detail. Highly recommend.

Supervision is terrible, IT is even worse. Supervision only cares about how they look and not their employees. IT cant take blame for not knowing anything about in house or remote agents. Always blame equipment instead of actually fixing the problem. This company actually requested employees to review nice stuff about them. I would recommend anyone working here. Nothing is ever the company's fault it is always the employees. Also their IT has no training at all, only words they know is its the internet, its your computer, its your headset.

Started out great until I got sick and intimately was fired for that reason even with written documentation. I alwaya did my job and did it well and that was terrible. It was severly unprofessional.

Wish i could do 0 stars. Nicholas s review COULD NOT be more true. If you re looking into working here or wondering if you should work here take this as a sign & DONT. I worked here for a year & like Nicholas had said, they don t care about you on a personal level at ALL, they care about the business. STRICTLY business ONLY. & not just that. HORRIBLE work environment, mostly girls that are just drama & catty.. IF you do work here you better just keep to YOURSELF. because making friends will get you no where but fired or to the point you have to quit because enough is enough. Mostly everyone does work weekends & on top of that they require MANDATORY extra hours every week that they don t get enough hours & there s too many call offs etc... SUPER SUPER unprofessional. Hopefully you come in knowing what you re doing cause if you don t, the supervisors will not help, if there is even one around to do so. After a year you re suppose to get a week paid vacation so if you plan on leaving or think you re goin to get fired, you better use it since you earned it & they try every single way they can for you not to get it. It happened to me i left & they had said it s not entitled to anybody after leaving.. Ohio law says otherwise.. & also last but not least if you re bad with attendance not the place for you because they have a very very strict call off & if you go over how many times you re allowed they DONT care why, you re fired. IF you do get a day or some time off you HAVE to make it up within the week before & the week after whenever you re getting off, you can t just say i need this time off & get it. you have NO CHOICE, you HAVE to make it up if you ever miss for any reason. You can t go over the allowed times you get off the phones for the day. you get like 20 minutes to yourself & then a 30 minute UNPAID lunch & that s IT for a whole 8 hour day. People come & go so fast you don t even know everyone there because people will hate it & leave within their first week or two. WORST job i ve EVER had. EDIT- (((after i made this post , here came 5 good reviews of incept trying to make it seem like a good place. LOL trust me it s not. might be flexible with your schedule but like i said you have to make up when you miss. unlike most jobs you need a day off you can request to get that day off. not here. If you re sick & have no points looks like you re going to work cause you point out you re fired... they re saying it s like family because they are stuck beside the same people every day.. i mean you kind of don t have a choice, you re sitting down next to these same people all day everyday so.. that s all i have to say. horrible horrible company. be CAREFUL )))

Personally I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone getting back into the work field. Filthy bathrooms FILTHY, catty work environment. They promise hours they can not produce, many employees are messy male as well as female, very unprofessional settings. They hire girlfriends & family whom basically sit around while everyone else works. The instructor Steve has horrible hygiene (VERY bad breath) as well as bad manners LIES A LOT.. If your INTERESTED in telemarketing I wouldn't make this my first stop.

Great place to work, not all of the people are great and avoid the second floor bathroom but the training is hands on and they really care about their employees, they won't put you down for being slower and they keep a friendly and fun atmosphere!

If I could give it no stars I would

I can only speak for my experience. It was not great. I worked in the saves department doing blood bank calls. From the first day of training I knew I was in for a tough time. There was no orientation to the company at all. We immediately just jumped into learning the script and then they threw us on the phones. It was terrible. They do not prepare you for what you are about to be doing. You will learn on your own if you want to be successful here. And you will need to identify quickly who to clique up with if you want to be part of the "Incept Family" it is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER WORKED. And Sam, if you really wanted your company to improve its operations then there would not be so many repeat issues popping up in the reviews over the years. I was reluctant to give the company a try because of the reviews I read beforehand. And every negative review I read, I saw those things during my time with the company, 4 short months. All I can say at this point is good luck if you are considering working here.

Amazing place to work. Flexible hours and incredible work culture

I've worked for Incept for a year and a half. Incept has become a second family to me and I couldn't imagine ever working anywhere else. I choose to travel an hour to and from work everyday because I truly enjoy my job and it doesn't feel like work. I leave Incept everyday knowing I've made a positive impact in the lives of others.

Definitely best company I've ever worked for, I love this place. They care more about their employees than any other place I've ever seen or heard of. The schedule is super flexible, pay is really good, and they offer many extra incentives raises, and bonuses. The CEO has monthly meetings with and is open to taking suggestions from employees. They have many different services avaliable to their employees ranging from insurance, human resources, even to mental health services. Its a family like environment, there are so many caring people here. They're constantly giving back to the community and raising money for different charities. If you're looking for a good company to work for, you'll be likely to hit the Jackpot with Incept.
