This real estate company continues to call me every month or so wanting to know if I want to sell my house in DC even though I've asked them to stop. When I start to tell them this, they hang up on me. They are obviously fishing for real estate listings but I have nothing to say other than their employees are rude and disrespectful. I would never work with them if this is how they conduct business.

Dan and Andrew are terrific! They helped us sell our old house, and find the new house we were looking for, in the neighborhood where we most wanted to live. When we put our old house on the market, we got a couple of low offers. My husband and I talked with Dan about lowering the price. He convinced us to fix a couple of things instead. When I began looking for a home I didn't have an agent. Then after working alone for a long time, I met Keith at an open house and could tell right away that he was really knowledgeable about DC real estate. Dan was the man from start to finish! He handled the sale of my home expertly and in the end it worked out better than I could've expected. He first advised me on home improvements and staging before listing, which helped us get multiple offers pushing the price $50k above our asking price. Upon accepting a offer Dan informed me he felt uncomfortable with a number of requests the buyer had made in the paperwork. Dan advised me that additional provisions should be added to the contract to guarantee my protection. The buyers informed us the day before closing that they were pulling out with no explanation, but fortunately due to the terms of the contract, the earnest money deposit was issued to me by the closing attorney without arbitration. Dan immediately put the property back on the market and again got multiple offers, and again sold the property within days. We were able to get through closing quickly and the house sold above asking price. Dan had my back the entire time and I'm grateful I had him in my corner during the transaction. If you are considering buying or selling a home in the DC area you definitely want Dan and his team on your side!
