Dan and Andrew are terrific! They helped us sell our old house, and find the new house we were looking for, in the neighborhood where we most wanted to live. When we put our old house on the market, we got a couple of low offers. My husband and I talked with Dan about lowering the price. He convinced us to fix a couple of things instead. We ended up with two more offers, both above our asking price! We would use their services again any time. They were extremely professional and responsive to our needs. We give them two thumbs up!
