Sometimes the mac n cheese is not cooked all the way through. The macaroni is always cooked but the cheese is too gooey (almost soupy), which I don't like. Make sure to order "Well Done".

Delivery took a little long but the wait was well worth it! the pizza Mac and cheese with their wings was truly meal of the day!

The food is good, for the most part. But sometimes it taste like a different person prepared the mac & cheese. And the wings be dry & hard (they don't taste freshly made). The strawberry lemonade is usually good. But the last batch I had, wasn't that great. Idk, it's like a hit & miss with them. They need to stay consistent.

Delicious with all the right flavors

I returned 2 days later for another delicious meal. I love that everything is hot and fresh as though I cooked it at home. I would love to see them expand and make more room to have groups dine in.

Just saw this place for the first time. Great concept, tried the one with beef and cheese in it...excellent flavor and quality!! Very nice service too, the girl who took my order was friendly and courteous. A+, and they should have more locations...it would be nice to see a place like this in Williamsburg or Manhattan.

The unexpected visit to the Mac Shack has me making plans to come back for more. The food is flavorful, fresh and worth every minute you wait for it. I had the honey bbq wings with veggies and my sister had vegan curry mac n cheese with spinach, my brother the salmon salad. We are all smiles. The staff is super friendly and helpful to choose the right meal. A business worth supporting!

Obsessed with this place. The bbq mac and cheese is heavenly. Everytime i visit home i come here, best mac and cheese ever!!!

Today is my first time eating here. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant. The wait was quite long so order ahead if in a rush, food seems to be made at the time of order. I requested bacon and broccoli in my mac n cheese but only got bacon so a bit disappointed but overall it was very tasty and quite cheesy. The ginger tea was just the right amount of ginger to lemony sweetness!
