Updated review: The GM reached out to me today and was very nice and helpful in understanding the situation a little better. I was still told it could be July or August until it gets what it needs, but he was willing to refund my deposit should I need to go elsewhere. I am still disappointed that it could take 8 months to get a car, but I appreciate him willing to work with me and my situation and trust that they didn't know about this when I ordered the car and is really out of their control as well.

This may be along post but it will be well worth the read.
First thing first the best salesman is Jamal Morrison. He is the number one person to call and demand. He is a god send. He is beyond hard working and has your best interest in mind. He is caring and very passionate with his job. He is not in the sale, but to help you in your time of need. He bent over backwards for our family to have the vehicle we needed. If he is off, it s worth the wait to put your finances in his hands. We will be loyal customers for life. Thank you god for putting him in our lives.

Darryl Burns by far best salesman I ever ran across. He didn t waste me or my wife time. Appraised my old vehicle they gave me a great deal, paid it off and I drove off in truck of my choice

We had the great pleasure of working with Mr. Darryl Burns and his service was beyond excellent! I told him that I was going to complete a review for him but I was so busy when I made it home so I definitely wanted to complete it today. My mother was interested in the Chevrolet Trax and she went on Mac Haik's website to inquiry and the rest is history. Mr.Burns was very professional and he listened to all of the many questions and concerns that we had regarding the purchase. I felt so comfortable with Mr.Burns when my mother took me to look at the car. He made us feel like we were family and I will definitely recommend my friends. I have to admit that I have had bad experiences with car salesman but Mr. Burns made me forget about all of those. Mr. Burns made sure that my mother setup all of the trails that were offered before we left the dealership and he also showed us how to use the remote start feature. I was thoroughly pleased from start to finish with the service that we received. The most important thing to me is my mother's happiness and she is happy with her purchase. Mr. Burns is such a valuable asset to Mac Haik Chevrolet and I hope he receives a bonus or some other form of recognition. Keep up the outstanding work Mr. Burns! Stay blessed!

Great service, they got the car delivered early to my surprise, great explanation of the services of the car and it's features, good communication throughout the process. I'm very pleased with the total experience! The suburban is an exceptional car!

Wanted to buy a preowned vehicle that was advertised. Salesperson told me this morning it was available. I told him I would meet him and look at it. He Called back an hour later and said a couple from Louisiana had made an appointment through a Haik sister company in Louisiana and wanted to buy the truck. Sales person called me around noon and said they could not get financing. I said I would be right down and meet him (25 miles one way). When I arrived, a couple was looking at the truck. After a few minutes, sales person handed me the keys to the truck to drive while the appraiser looked at my trade in vehicle. I came back, went into the sales person s office, asked him two questions about the truck. Trade in offer was good, I was ready to pay for the truck and get back home to cook for guests. Waited for a Long time while sales person was in the manager s office. FINALLY, he told me the other couple wanted to buy the trick and they had first priority ( they touched it first - company policy). I spent 2 1/2 hours of my time, drive 50 miles and came home with no truck. Bad policy with NO FLEXIBILITY With no CONSIDERATION for circumstances. BAD EXPERIENCE; NOT A GOOD WAY TO DO BUSINESS.

Victor was an exceptional worker. He was attentive and straight forward and was honest. He took his time to thoroughly explain all the features that the trucks I viewed had and I would be more than happy to return to him!
