It was an interesting place at that. If you like Greek food than Amels is the place to go. I got the eggplant and ground lamb as well as the spinach dip. I enjoyed the dip but wasn't a big fan off eggplant. My only issue was that I felt as if we were not important to our waitress and she couldve been more attentive and at times we were waiting for her to come back. Nice restaurant
Friendly staff and the Shawarma is pretty good. Not as good as in Jerusalem, but pretty good.
Excellent food! I've been here twice now and have enjoyed my dinner both times! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it will surprise you. Try the hummus platter and the Amel's salad! The kebobs are great, the piccata was so good .. Pretty much everything I've had here was amazing. Well definitely be back.
Portions ok, not large for the prices for entrees. I am not sure but seems like the gyro meet is not carved but may come frozen prepacked, as it was weird texture and had grill marks. Amel salad nice. Staff friendly even when busy when we were there. Outdoor seating also, though not covered.
Love everything I ever had there. Little shocked with the size decrease in the baklava ice cream . It is usually big enough for 2 people ordered it yesterday with 3 spoons it was very embarrassing when our server brought it to the table in a small wine glass. It was still Amazing just ALOT smaller !!!
Great food. Seafood platter did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend. Our waitress Christy was awesome. Loved the stuffed artichoke appetizer. We will be back.
Mothers Day 2021..Was excited, always amazing .NOT: Out of 2 beers we ordered, was there for lamb kabobs...OUT OF THEM .3pm ONLY 2 ORDERS OF LAMB CHOPS LEFT..AMELS=LAMB. ( MO LONGER TRUE) WHO EVER DID THE ORDERING SHOULD BE FIRED.!!!! WE HAVE BEEN GOING FOR YEARS,..LAST TIME...NOT WORTH 200.00 PLUS FOR SOMETHING WE DIDN'T WANT!!!
The atmosphere is nice and the service was great. Went there solely for the lamb chops but they were out. So decided to get lamb kabobs. told the server medium came out as hard as a hockey puck. Might have been an off night not sure about going back
1st time today the stuffed artichokes is with goat cheese we re amazing didn t care for salad the mint was foreign to palate the lamb kabob was good but very tough wouldn t get again but will go back
