What seemed like a professional and well run outfi...

What seemed like a professional and well run outfit have shown their true colours during the outbreak; a group of 20 guys on a Stag-do were meant to have travelled 6 week's ago but still no sign of a refund (which has been promised), no reply to numerous messages for the last 26 days and have shut their phone lines down so we cannot even speak to someone. Avoid like the plague.

Was planned to go on a stag do for a friend, Covid-19 caused the trip to be cancelled.

Company was contacted to issue a refund, but they didn't respond, after chasing and chasing, the stag company kept kicking the can down the road and not issue a refund.

It should be simple, the stag company only the middle man, therefore no cost has been involved, other than staff overhead, so they should return customers money.

I wouldn't be surprised if the team where put on furlough, the shareholders pocked the booking fees from all the customers.

And now they don't even reply to emails, personal I would avoid this company in the future, unless I can pay by credit card.

Not a nice practice, and very short vision if you ask me, even if they re-brand the company, people can easily link the two together.

I don't feel I can actually write a review explaining how bad this company is as I'm exhausted trying to contact them and getting nothing back. The short of it is that they are brilliant at giving you deadlines to pay by and very good on the phone when getting you to book the trip but whatever you do do not book with THE STAG COMPANY!. Our trip was booked for the start of May at this point the country was told not to leave their homes let alone travel for a Stag yet TSC has repeatedly said our booking wasn't affected by COVID so we will not get a refund. They have since closed their phone lines and it's impossible to contact them. You never know how good a company like this is until something goes wrong and these are by far the worst I have ever had to deal with.

Understand these are difficult times but we were informed a cash refund would be issued by the end of July.

Deadline has passed, with no communications.

Real shame as the company presents itself quite professionally but its failing to resolve this issue.

This Company has been an absolute god send, very helpful in the planning stages, I booked my weekend very last minute and Alisha who i dealt with at every turn was more than helpful with all changes that needed to be made.

If I organised another Stag weekend away, this is the company I would use.

If you speak with Alisha, your weekend will be in very good hands!

Don't waste your time and money dealing with this company they have tried to be as difficult as possible to deal with regarding refunds from covid cancellations.

It took over 3 months to get a response from someone to be told again and again they can't refund the fees even though they couldn't honour the original plans because of covid.

Despite numerous attempts to contact this company for information about receiving a refund for a stag do that could not happen, we have not received any information back from them but they comment on reviews saying that they will email shortly.

I am still awaiting a refund 4 months on and no response since February.

Unless they make contact and issue full refund I will be contacting the trading standards authority and also request a charge back.

Terrible service. You can't blame the pandemic for taking 2 months to reply to message. I've been waiting for 12 months for my refund, with the blame being put onto to everyone except themselves. My bank have evidence that they have not received the refund, and so they tried blaming the accountancy service they use. At first I was sympathetic with the amount of back logged refunds they have to deal with the covid hit, bit now sympathy has gone and so has the option of both recommending them and using them again.
