The sales staff, and in particular, La Von Watkins, was extremely helpful. While we toured the models on the lot, La Von showed us the first model to explain the options, pricing, and requirements, and then left us to see the rest. After viewing the models, La Von was right outside of the office waiting to talk to us, and answer any questions.
Like I said, La Von was never pushy, but was always available for questions.

This place has some really nice Manufactured homes. Staff are afraid of other human life the way their signage is at front of building. Stay in your car, call the office and someone will come to you... well OK! Great staff though, very knowledgeable.
Marie was very nice and helpful, we toured the available models in site and really loved the silvercrest model. We are looking for land and Marie was very helpful on explaining us how the process works. Will definitely go back to follow the process!
The master room look really nice but other rooms look wayyy smaller. Kitchen room look beautiful but living room is abit weird. Like where will you put tv and couch without having it in your way to leave the house.
We were offered the Chattel loan by Lavon but we wanted to try for the FHA loan because of lower interest rate. After 2 day trips over 100 miles one way to Hemet. It took Ma Williams about 5 seconds to shut down the ENTIRE financing conversation, including the Chattel loan initially offered. We have cash enough for a large down payment, but our monthly income they deemed too low. When we asked how much income is needed to qualify their vague response of, "you'll need more than that," left us in the dark on what's required or what to work towards? No guidance, no help. After denying us, they said not a word about returning the $500 deposit. We had to call back and request it. All the talk on their website about working hard to help you qualify and" there may be bumps in the road but we'll get through it together" We own our property outright, free and clear, yet nothing was said about qualifying for 0 down using our property's equity as advertised on their website. There are no 1200 sf homes from the mid $80,000's, not even close! Dont be fooled by the down-home name. These people are realtors and loan sharks. Youll need land, lots and lots of money, and a big salary Good Luck!
La Von Watkins was the absolute friendliest employee ever! I was so happy on how when we first pulled up she greeted us, talked to us and let us look around the houses! Afterwards she brought us into her office and helped us decide on what house we would love ! I would definitely recommend asking for her when you come visit even if you just want to look around
