Horrible!!! Everytime I take my son here the office staff is rude and insensitive. My son had an appointment this morning and BOTH office ladies (front desk and billing) were disgustingly rude. The billing ladie pulled me and my son out of his appointment while my son was talking with the doctor, because I didn t have a copy of his social security card or proof of income. So when I get to the billing office the woman is talking to me like I m a child and talking down on me WITH an attitude. I was told that if the doctor wouldn t have already called us back then my son wouldn t have had the appointment all because I didn t have those documents. The funny part is, that without those documents I had to pay $20. Which is fine. I didn t care that I had to pay. What I do care about is the way I was spoke to and treated. My son was referred to this facility because of his behavior. He needs to have to appointments. So for someone to be that insensitive and that mean is just ridiculous. I can t believe that they both still have a job. They need some people skills and they need to understand that the people that go there need the help and they aren t a burden. Because that s exactly how I felt today. As long as the two of them are working there I will not take my son back. He was so upset when we got to the car because that lady in billing was that rude! I love the doctors and the nurse staff here, they are great but they need to replace the two in the office!!!

They never answere the phone or call you back, i am out of my medication, since they moved to douglasville they don't care about the patients been patient since 2011. The office manager is foul mouthed and racist "the lady who handles insurance". My copay is 35$ and they have charged me 50$ each visit and twice if i talked to someone who was not even a doctor.
