M5 Digital picked the appropriate photocopier for our needs and we have been very happy with it. The service that we receive with it is excellent--the technicians are always out the same day that we call as we can't function without a photocopier. We are treated as if we were a large, valuable corporate account and we are just a small two person office.
M5 Digital has been a part of our office systems for over 5 years. They assisted us in our office expansion and were very knowledgeable about the available technology, recommending the right products for our office. Dan Roy at M5 was particularly helpful when we needed to purchase supporting software for billing purposes. Dan and his team are very professional and provide a timely service whenever we have questions or need additional support. I highly recommend Dan and his team!
Very poor customer service. I purchased multiple printers from this company and they don't seem to want to service the products they sell. I have been dealing with a broken printer for over 2 months, it was less than 6 months old at the time it broke down. After numerous repairs it is still not working. They should have just offered me a new printer. I would not recommend buying anything from them.
I have owned a medical clinic for 10 years and this is the worst company I have dealt with.
They have been extremely unethical to deal with - missed appointments, no-show service calls, unanswered emails, false estimates, changing contracts in contract (deciding to write a new contract and say the old is now void!)..there is a long list.
If you are considering a copier from them I would not proceed.
We have been a client now for a few years. We are very pleased with the changes they have made the last year. Their Technicians for repair are very knowledgeable and always fix our problems. They are also timely in showing up to repair and have never left us stuck at our office. The company administrative person named Erika is so helpful and pleasant. She is very professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend M5Digital.
I worked with the guys from M5 Digital on a couple of installations, where we installed advanced print management software to be used with the printers. They supplied the software, printers and the expertise to make print management very easy. I would highly recommend any lawyers out there take a look at what these guys have to offer...

I am so impressed with the level of service provided by M5 Digital. We purchased a new printer from them and a member of their team came in and set everything up - not leaving until everyone's computer had the right drivers installed.
We then received a call from them a few weeks later to make sure that everything was going well. After we upgraded our internet service, their team came back in just to make sure everything worked.

Since I moved out of my home office to a commercial space 8 years ago, I ve used the services of M5 Digital Products. They are very knowledge, have a great selection of office equipment, very responsive when called upon and they are good people. I really enjoy working with Dan and Claude. My firm is in good hands with M5 Digital Products.

We regret doing business with M5. We have a Xerox printer on lease with them and we have been experiencing all kind of problems since the day 1.
Every time the technician came in for repairs, the problem was fixed temporarily, the printer will break even more than before after a week or less. Their service is so unprofessional and lousy, they sent a wrong toner and the tech broke the contact pins trying to push the wrong toner in. Seriously? Are you really sending technicians for repairs? are they even qualified for the job?
The technicians who come here for repairs keep giving us ETAs and parts on order. This is a brand new printer that is less than 6 months old and they managed to mess it up. Now the printer is spitting out defective printing and crooked scans/copies.
M5 is hurting the productivity of our business, repairing a printer should not be a rocket science. Their service is shameful.
I purchased a great printer / photocopier with Dan and I love that the inks are all monitored automatically and that is one less thing I need to do during my busy schedule , I can concentrate on printing contracts , not running to the ink store!
A1 service at M5 , have and will continue to recommend them!
