We regret doing business with M5. We have a Xerox printer on lease with them and we have been experiencing all kind of problems since the day 1.

Every time the technician came in for repairs, the problem was fixed temporarily, the printer will break even more than before after a week or less. Their service is so unprofessional and lousy, they sent a wrong toner and the tech broke the contact pins trying to push the wrong toner in. Seriously? Are you really sending technicians for repairs? are they even qualified for the job?

The technicians who come here for repairs keep giving us ETAs and parts on order. This is a brand new printer that is less than 6 months old and they managed to mess it up. Now the printer is spitting out defective printing and crooked scans/copies.

M5 is hurting the productivity of our business, repairing a printer should not be a rocket science. Their service is shameful.
