I am trying to called them and I have some questions but they didn t answer or they didn t respond back

They have wonderful interns that can help newcomers. :)

They do not answer their phones i called at working ours over 11 times different extensions and still no damn answer.

The staff needs more training specially resettelment workers that are responsible for new immigrants. They supposed to be competent and reliable. I witnessed in Nov 2019 that they brought a family from Sac airport but the Apartment for them wasn't ready ..

Poor management, I am calling for more than 4 days but no one to answer.

Immigrant should say some thing about Openning door Services !!!
