I enjoyed shopping in m&s and I found everything I want

Staff lovely helped with what i needed very friendly

I only shop there for food, clothing is too old fashioned,

Love M&S shopping. Great range of underwear and pyjama's in time for Christmas too.

OK but make your lift button signage match up with the floors not 1 or 0 etc

Place was deserted, did feel a bit sorry for them. Usual stuff but more spaced out. Found some good bargains just not in a colour I like so didn't buy anything

Big store could get lost in it nice to have customer advisor walking round with big badge on

The lady in cgarge of the changing room was lovely and very helpful

Always good to m&s bought mens underwear. Cake forks. Lovely comfortable shopping experience

Small food court with cafe and wash room facilities

Staff took time to help me find a particular jumper.

Great Store best quality prices reasonable lots of variety

I have never experienced such outstanding service in a retail shop as I received from Sue(if I recall her name correctly -but she is the lady in charge of jeans) .She told me the leather jacket I was about buy didn't suit me (I agree) went searching for the right size of a different jacket and advised me on different types of jeans for about 20minutes.She is a real asset to M&S.They may have lost a sale of 1item but I bought a whole lot more thanks to her excellent customer care. I appreciate her kindness.

Nice friendly staff, I find the layout with its tall fridges and eiles difficult to browse and locate items

It's a typical m&s store in that most things are overpriced and dated, especially menswear. Food ok when it's reduced!

Clean and tidy, quiet not suitable for young and trendy. Conservative fashion.

There are some clothing l think are priced too high for what they are- but the cheaper ranges of t- shirts....tops..etc are good value for money... wear well and wash great.

Really good choice of clothing, household and food. All round excellent . Cafe has a great menu if you fancy a break.

Only ok now. Fashion is either old fashioned or too young. The "70's" are the new 50's. Someone's missing a trick here NO C&A NO BHS NO Littlewoods in Leeds for the middle of the roadclothes shoppers .

It's an M&S like many others. Clean, easy to navigate. Can't complain really.

Great food hall, children's clothing has become a little limited in its range these days, and only a scant few toys - otherwise everything else is expected

If ur looking for a personal experience, ask for Julie..new to the store but patience of a saint!..so helpful it made shopping a dream.

This is a big M&S. There are 3 large floors and you can get absolutely everything from here.

It even has travel money and it's M&S food at the bottom floor.

It's well located with several entry points via the Trinity or from outside.

Disappointed as menswear department has moved and been greatly reduced stock wise.

Smelly toilets. Need a deep clean. Seriously. Great food and everything else.

What a treat to shop in M&S. Lots of stock to try, lots of sale bargains and no less than TWO cafes to replenish energy.

Great shop for both clothing and food, I have recently found some amazing deals in store.

I worked for M&S many years ago in my teens and was pretty strict to be employed at M&S. The saying was "The customer IS always right", yeh!, some rude ones for sure. Remember James Mason a brit actor would come in dressed like a sort of homeless guy didn;t want to be recognized I guess, quite a few interesting people came in but M&S did look after the staff for, we had our own in store hairdresser, a lounge if we didn;t feel well, cafeteria, but every morning we had to show our hands make sure nails etc are clean, oh it was very regimental, don't think it is now, those where the days

Shame local M & Safety closing and have to treck to Leeds .

Staff could be more friendly a bit up theme selves I'm definitely on a higher wage platform as I am always looking after the customers needs

Never ever stock common sizes for men. Avoid this waste of time. Abysmal!

M&S is known for the quality of its products. This location inside Trinity Mall is reasonably big and covers all sections. I like their food department for the selection it offers. Also Enjoyed the afternoon Tea and Scone at their cafe.

Improved layouts! It needed a change, still work to be done, as still has that 'muddled' look about it. Friendly sales assistant. Cafe is modern but ?Need more staff.

Good old M&S - you pretty much get what is on the tin. Though this one is a bit of a rabbit Warren for getting to the right department.

Always the quality you'd expect from good old sparks. The only trouble is that they are still mostly catering for the older generation

Just went in for a coffee. Very busy but still got served quickly. Very nice cup of coffee.

Couldn't find anyone that wanted to serve me will not be going in again

I go once or twice a week to the supermarket, after shopping me and my children sit down in their coffee shop for some food & drinks . great food, friendly staff.
