What a wonderful way to sell our Mom's home. Gene made it easy from the first day we met him through closing. He knows this area and he had done his homework. The timeframe from listing to closing was just over a month. Gene knows everyone and he arranged for several repairs to be taken care of without our having to seek out someone responsible and within budget.
