We worked with Daniel Kovack. He kept us informed and encouraged us when the process was a little stressful. He would send short video messages when significant updates to our file occurred, which we found particularly helpful. He knew all of the programs really well and was able to describe all of the pros and cons of each program which helped us make the best decision for our specific situation. He even had ideas on other ways to make the process a little easier, which was nice information to have. I will definitely refer others to him and contact him if I have any other mortgage needs.
