Actually, service should be normal .....

Eighteen months ago bought my Tiguan in Krimpen. After a malfunction at my local dealer in Alkmaar. Conclusion, engine defect, costs 8600 euros. Mediation Volkswagen Netherlands, talked to after sales manager Van Wolfswinkel. The car was picked up in Alkmaar and fully screened. Conclusion, broken piston, but the engine is still in tip-top order. A week later I get the message that the car is ready, the costs are 600 euros, including a major service and the car will be delivered to Heemskerk!
In other words, a very big compliment to Mr Van Wolfswinkel and his team and Volkswagen Netherlands.

Ridiculous staff with ridiculous service, very arrogant and make no effort to help. NEVER MORE to this dealer !!

Very messy reception and a junior seller who is not sufficiently knowledgeable. Disinterested club apparently too busy to give you a decent service. I have now bought my Audi elsewhere where they were interested.

Unreliable dealer, break more than good. After damage repair my bumper was still loose. They don't understand any disruptions in software and they should always consult the producer. I went from misery to Capelle, luckily a lot better here. I will never buy a car from this company again. I bought an ex-lease car, all had their turns through their own lease company so the price was more than reasonable according to the seller. But then the misery only begins. In the end I might as well have bought a showroom car or 2 of the same slums.

Bunch of scammers! We brought our car for a recall from Seat. Immediately asked if they could read the light that burned .. for reading we received a bill of 166 .. when we called that this was ridiculous, it was said, this is indeed a lot, let's make it 66. Unbelievable!! When we said we were not going to pay a cent, the bill went back to 166 !! Never go here. They are zoiezo with everything at least 2x as expensive.

I came to this garage with a problem with my bus once arrived at the workshop there was no one who hello sir I can help you asked it is a very impersonal dealer and you are only good if you come to buy a new car and if you have a problem you are just ignored and they just walk past you really very very bad they are not even worth 1 star

A pity! Malfunction after reading back again last Monday. Called and advice was to come back again just to read again. Am I there early this morning it is finally said that I have to make an appointment, because there was consultation with the workshop and told that they need the car all day to make a good diagnosis. Could not this have been done right by telephone? A pity! Not really customer friendly. Not used to M de Koning.

I have been there with a technical question about my VW Up.
The desk clerk spoke to me in a very friendly manner, called in a technician who gave me an excellent explanation of what was going on.
This was the second great experience with M.de Koning.

i had a very poor experience with a sales person. He was rude, not even interested in helping the customer, i asked for an advice over payment terms, sales rep refused to help me and asked me to go to BMW dealer for help... Best sales person of the year !
I decided not buy from them, now i doubt even if they have a good after sales service. i wont give them another chance and i will buy another brand.

For years customer, very happy, good service, not the cheapest, but guarantee that you will have virtually no problems with your car. So here already bought a car three times and have my car here since 2005 in maintenance. Nice staff!

2nd bad experience ever with a polo that was said that the software was not well paid and am just on my way again the same malfunction. Now presented bill of a car when I received it explicitly asked are no costs associated with it huh? No no everything is arranged with the other garage so not. .and that my door on the left has a buts to pick up, I saw on arrival home and can not make it hard behind .No this was for emergency but my garage is not.
