Sorry guys, I totally disagree. This little store is one of the last Ma and Pa operations left in the city. Maybe their English is not perfect but I have been going there for 20 years. They have always been Very kind to me. The prices are a little high and that is why we call it a Convenience store.

I can't tell you how upset I am at the service this company provides. I would take your business eleswhere.

They absolutely dont know how to deal with or treat their customers. Customers who have been ordering from them from multiple restaurants for 10+ years. Disappointing now that there is so much competition and we are in 2020 to still not know how to treat your customers.

I've been working with Empire Foods for about a year now since we opened. Gotta say they really come through. For a small operation sometimes it's tough to get good pricing but these guys really are competitive. Kosta is my sales rep. Really great guy. He never complains about my last minute additions and answers at all times of the day. Great working with them. Highly recommended.

They go out of their way to help their customers, especially Chris. I've called Chris in a time of need and he went out of his way to help me get the product I needed in a timely fashion.
