I tried to send this feedback to the company in an email on the website but it came back returned.

I just wanted to give a little feedback on the experience I had at your salon.
I had an appointment Wednesday at 4:45. I left work early and got to your salon. I was told that the person who was suppose to
do my facial went home early with a sick child. The next appointment available was 5:15 and I had to wait 30 mins. I was never called, if I was I would not have left work early to get there. Then they ask me how to spell my last name, it was spelled wrong in the system which happens. But they didnt have my phone number to call me. Then I told them that I had a Spawish giftcard. I found this salon on that website. I had never heard of you before. Then I was told that you dont accept them... even though you were on the website. I stood there for a second.. and nothing. Bottom line was that you wont take it. No discount on the service just to keep my business or nothing. You were on the website, I was a little disappointed that something was not worked out.

I left and canceled my services. Later I received a call that some how you got added to the website and an apology. I was not impressed. Especially how my appointment was treated to begin with. I was not given much of a reason to come back. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and polite but how it was all handled was very disappointing.

Christina and Sarah are awesome love chatting it up with them. Very friendly staff...love going to just relax and come out looking good...thank you ladies...

I was really looking forward to getting my hair cut and colored at Bella Toccare. Unfortunately, I came down with strep throat the day before my appointment. I called to reschedule my appointment, but the salon said I would still owe a $50 fee for cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours. I explained that I was sick and wouldn t have known this 48 hours in advance, but they said there no exceptions to the policy. It was such bad policy that I thought maybe the woman on the phone was just doing her job and the owner would understand, but they spoke to the owner and called me back to confirm the same thing. In my opinion, we shouldn t penalize people who are sick and trying to do the right thing by not coming and infecting others. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I took my 12 year old daughter and asked for a trim. They trimmed an inch off the bottom, no layers, nothing - took 15 minutes - and called it a designer haircut, charged me $45. Complete ripoff. I'm never going back.

I just moved here from Columbus and was super nervous to get my hair done by anyone other than my Columbus girl. I went here for highlights and was very impressed! Rachel did an amazing job and made me feel so welcome!! Definitely coming here from now on! Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly!

Used to be an upscale salon but has gone downhill. Mediocre service for high prices. poorly done manicure, could have done a better job at home. Will never come back.

I had not gotten my hair done in over a year and Carmen did an amazing job! I asked for a partial and hair cut, and she went above and beyond. I asked for my roots to be covered up with blond highlights, and to make sure the color did not turn out orangey and she made sure it turned out ashy and to my liking. I highly recommend Carmen. She is professional and very nice.

Friendly staff that is attentive to their customers' needs.

Pricing for wax is outrageous! For an eyebrow/lip/chin wax combo it was $52!!!!!

I love it for my wife as her birthday gift before her actual date that falls on a Tuesday. I recommend every man give there wife a spa day and not just special days. I sent wifey on spa days just because we're SUPPOSED TO! Flat out mon' Respect and One Love!
