Quality was as expected and delivery was practically next day (without paying for it), however I ordered the wrong size, returned it for an exchange, but they sent out the wrong size (although clearly stated on returns form).
This store is great, fantastic value, and delivery is not too bad either

20 days + to return and get my money back on 2 pairs of Ugg boots 1 pair were faulty and the other wrong size, even though I returned them on the same day they were delivered 9th Jan . Called MandM Direct today and they said "call us back on the 30th we will look into it then". I definitely do Not recommend this company.
Wrong order sent, manager said I should have ordered earlier, now I won t receive my order which was birthday presents! Disgusting unfortunate manner is so called customer service quick to take the money !

Sadly customer service is lacking, eventually apologising for taking nearly a week on a Speedy Delivery Service, only to send the completely wrong product, then offering to replace with correct item, then claiming Adidas Gazelles 2 were out of stock the next day, funny the web site let me put some straight in my basket, and then emailed me 4 hours later for me to complete my purchase - Avoid like the plague..
Beside the misleading advertisment of the quality of the products they sell; there are high send costs that come on top of your order.( 8.00-) Returning an item will cost you (sending it back from the netherlands) at least 15.00-
The product they sold me, an O'neill hoodie sweater was of cheap and fake quality. When I wanted to return it using their return form I came to unexpected and unannounced costs.
Small lettering on their website says they cannot offer free sending back of products because they sell their merch so cheap.
Riddiculously customer unfriendly. I will advise anyone to stay away from this website. DO not order any of their products. :)

How long does it take to deliver cloths. This online store takes the piss to deliver cloths, they need to fix ul big time like people got time to waste.
My partner ordered a pair of trainers just under four months ago and still havent received them, emailed about non delivery two months ago and they said would be delivered the following Thursday but never came also said that we would receive vouchers which never turned up, now not answering emails or accepting phone calls, disgusting customer service

Utterly useless customer service who do not deal with complaints. returned an item, provided proof that the courier they use has returned the item to them and absolutely no acknowledgement of receipt. they are unwilling to look in to the issue even though they acknowledge that there is a discrepancy between the information they have and that provided to me by Hermes.
Every email replied to by a different, totally disinterested person who parrots the same thing without looking in to the issue at all.

Ive ordered many times and have come to the conclusion that probably 80% of their stock are seconds. Its only a few items ive had correctly fitting items. I won't order again. Ive spent too much on rubbish then they want the earth to return stuff. They offer cheaper return labels when making a purchase which makes me wonder if they are expecting most people to return their products as they are junk

after paying for the goods and delivery I still have no goods and no solution is being offered. Moreover, they have changed the address on my account without my isntruction or persmission. I will be escalating the matter further.
While the products were good value,customer service is appalling to say the least, courier can leave your parcel wherever he wants and he can sign for it on your behalf without asking for permission.
Then customer service will make you feel guilty for not checking with your neighbor's!!

No I have never visited this place. It is a on-line retailer only and members of the public are not allowed onsite. I live 150metres from their site and every time I walk past it, Google asks me stupid questions like "do they offer free parking".
