DO NOT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY. They are unprofessional, unorganized and are a pathetic excuse for a Call Center. The break room feels more like a prison cafeteria. The parking is absolutely atrocious with hundreds of spots reserved to their pathetic management. They give promotions to a favorited few. The floor support only provides services to the females they wish to bed. If you put in your hard work you are guaranteed to receive nothing unless you are as mentioned above. Costco is a great company to work for however Sitel is a terrible employer. I am disappointed in Costco for choosing such a terrible company to represent them. Here s an example of there incompetence. I was accused of using my phone on the production floor. With no evidence presented I was walked out and told I would be suspended until I was notified of the outcome within 72 hours of my suspension. Interestingly enough I was fired right before a new pay period had begun (as if they didn t plan my termination). For an entire week i was told nothing and was not contacted by anybody. I went down to the site to get some answers and was shrugged off and given the excuse that Our HR Department hasn t come up with a decision yet. Mind you when I spoke to their pathetic waste of existence HR. I was told the manager who had not contacted me and gave me the useless update was supposed to be the one to tell me of my termination. After this a week went by again and many phone calls to there not surprisingly useless Shared Service department. I decided to go in and explain once more I have yet to be contacted. The front desk receptionist whom guess what? Was also useless gave me the excuse that the HR Receptionist is the one who handles employee relations. After receiving her contact email and providing my contact info. I finally was reached out to and told by this pathetic and useless receptionist stated she contacted my coach to contact me and asked if I had been contacted. I REPEATED MYSELF ONCE MORE. No I haven t been contacted and noone has told me anything. Surprisingly enough this incompetent person did not reply. Finally after my suspension date on 10/31/18 I was finally contacted by my pathetic useless and lackluster excuse of a supervisor told me on 11/16/18 that I was terminated with no evidence from an accusation . All I was given to defend myself was a singular piece of paper to write my defense against this accusation. I will reiterate myself again. If you are looking for a company to invest yourself in to climb the ladder and advance this is NOT that company. Save yourself the headache and apply to any one of the many call centers in this area. For example Alorica, Namco, or TTEC. Whatever it is that you decide to do. Make sure you do not make the same mistake as I and waste your time at this company.

It's a stable easy job. Promotion is competitive but if you ask your coach, they'll let you know how to suck less and if you do what they tell you, you will get what you want. Don't do drugs, don't fight people, don't steal things, and go to work on time. They lose a star because I had to explain those points to employees every day instead of them hiring people who were not likely to do them in the first place.

I've been working here for 1 year and a half(just about at least) and honestly I used to love it. But once I worked here longer it was just a mess. I hate this job and this company. They're so unorganized. Something always changes and you get in trouble constantly for something so little and you didnt even really do. The management is terrible there. The coaches and supervisors are horrible. I've only ever had one good coach and they switched me after 6 months. They're always changing who your coach is for some reason. They do not care about you at all!!. You get frowned upon for even thinking of yourself and your health. Or even family. They work you like a dog. And I cant wait to leave this company. If looking for a job wasnt hard enough i wouldnt continue to stay. But man once i have the opportunity to leave. I'm leaving!. Do not work here. Trust the bad reviews!!

Haven t gotten my paycheck for 3 months now, the phone number doesn t work. Straight to voice mail for 3 weeks and went In to ask for paycheck, A lady in the front desk told me they will call me back. Worst place to work, only for some quick cash. Never stay there.

The trainers and the coaches are not knowledgeable...

The trainers and the coaches are not knowledgeable or reliable people. The withhold information from you... Depending on campaign and trainers you might be treated good but ... The costco campaign wasnt good /i didn't have a good trainer... They will direct you to a 1800 HR number and the HR reps are not knowledgeable either.. He would ignore my question or Always went in circles with his answers... They fail to tell you if you dont have direct deposit that it will be a delay on your check... Make sure you take pictures of your clock ins and outs because they dont record your time properly at all... They will direct you to a 800 HR number and the HR reps are not knowledgeable either... If they mail your check and you dont receive it and you question them they will blame it on covid 19 and usps delivery...they dont email you the proper info in regards to training and they will lie and say things like there working on it... Which doesn't make sense because if your company have different work from home campaign the only issue should be if any is the system each campaign use.. Other than that time sheet, pay and HR info should all be the same and direct...
Please Cross your T's And Dot your I'scause if you dont they will play you.

The "interview" is an assessment. I would say if you like feeling rushed and like you dont have a head on your shoulders. This job is for you. If your looking for something where they dont dont a revolving door. Try somewhere else. They had several potential hires in the lobby. Also a very upset employee looking for there first check they very much needed. Maybe not the job the is looking out for you. I wish them all the best. But this one is not for me. Interview 21 for the the month is done for me. Thanks.

If I could give a zero I would. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt by not reading the comments or reviews first before I applied just to give it a fair shot . 6 months have past all I can say is why did I waiste my time and life here. This was not the family friendly atmosphere that many lied about, that may be true for the coaches and management but not for employees. And lord help you if you get sick or need child care. There business motto is this " We know your not feeling well or you have childcare issues but so what !! Our clients come first not you so either you like it or tough luck. If you love waisting your precious time looking for a job by all means knock yourself out Another Generic Company with a way to get a quick tax break off of all the individuals who are low income SMH..

Do not work here. This place is a mess. When I first started working here, they were very unorganized. Me and my class did not have headsets when we were supposed to start taking calls. They gave classes who started AFTER us headsets before we got any. Everything was such a mess no one knew where to go and no one knew what to do. These people who work here now are the ones doing the reviews. But let me just say this place does not care about you. You could do something good and there is no recognition. These people promise to look after you and tell everyone they will make sure you keep your job but really they don t care if you lose it or not. If you decide to work here make sure you don t make friends and make sure you stick to yourself and know what you are doing here. They fire any of the new people if they do something wrong but they will never fire someone who has been working there and never comes. There were many people I knew who did not go to work for more than 20 days at a time and they still got to keep their job. New people miss not even 3 days and we get written up. Sitel needs to work on being a better company. This place sucks. You can t even use the bathroom until your breaks have started which is so dumb. When someone needs to go use the restroom I believe that we should be able to. The coaches there don t even do their job right. The supervisors and coaches all take their breaks at the same time. So when you need their help no one is there to help you. You get a sup call and it takes 30 minutes to even find one. This place is the worst call center to work for. They honestly suck. Even if I am able to be rehired I would not even go back to this place. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Everyone in this world can do better. Don t trust anybody at this place. Costco, equifax, AND USAA can find someone better to do business with.

Phone number doesn t work, This place is really uncomfortable to work in, Sitel is the worst place to work. I have worked for other worst places, but Sitel is the worst of all. I haven t received my paycheck for months, no help from anyone. The next step would be suing them for this unacceptable behavior. The girl that does the employe pay, seems to be dishonest.

This place is a very great place to work. It's security is pretty tight, and no one is aloud behind the employee door unless you are an employee of Sitel. I have only been working here since the end of November but the things I have learned about auto insurance policies and how to file a claim with the member and catogarize each claim correctly. Definitely can take these skills anywhere with me in life. Oh yeah and if you are on of those people who can never put down your phone then do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME OR YOURS. this company is PCI Compliant-- which means no one is aloud with phones anywhere but the cafeteria or in a locker. Terrible place to work! Unprofessional, they mess up on your taxes, they hire people that are the worst kind of ghetto style, the coaches are crap except a few that leave quickly. Harsky anyone stays for more than a few months. And they are slow to follow on their promises. Worked at site 2 and it was depressing! They also loose their campaigns.

I have worked here for almost 3 months and have seen some of what the other reviewers are talking about. But here's the deal. Be the captain of your own ship and you will be fine at this company. Keep your phone in your locker or cafeteria and you'll be fine. Dont worry about what others are doing in time they will lose their jobs for their actions. The site manager cares at this company if you care about your job that is. Break the rules of any of the client companies we service and you lose your job, plan and simple. Be positive always. Have a good day.
