Utterly useless customer service who do not deal with complaints. returned an item, provided proof that the courier they use has returned the item to them and absolutely no acknowledgement of receipt. they are unwilling to look in to the issue even though they acknowledge that there is a discrepancy between the information they have and that provided to me by Hermes.

Every email replied to by a different, totally disinterested person who parrots the same thing without looking in to the issue at all.
