The work culture is really good, and the management is supportive of its employees. They provide ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Working hours are flexible. They also provide remote work options.
I joined Luxoft Poland in 2021. Relocation team provided thorough support in obtaining work permit, visa application and relocation to Poland.
When I joined Luxoft, practices like Luxoft Buddy, mood monitoring helped me in the initial transition.
I found Luxoft a stable workplace with many growth opportunities and excellent work-life balance. Monetary compensation is competitive with lots of benefits like medicare, multisport card, etc.
Luxoft received 'Great place to Work' awards for its many locations last year - and I can't agree more.
Overall a happy place to be in.

I have been working at luxoft for almost three years and so far it is the best place I have worked. The company has very clear and transparent career path rules, so if someone is ambitious enough, they can change their duties for the better.
Unfortunately, the company does not offer a large salary or benefits.
