BEWARE: scammers / fraud, do not give any of your personal infos. Especially to Rinki Behal. Check the website, reviews and LinkedIn profile. I think you will know once you started talking to her/them because of the unprofessionalism and the questions they ask. So sad how people can do such thing. Pls be careful.

Indian spammers. I would never, EVER reply to a recruiting solicitation from an Indian spamming firm like this one, and no serious professional would either. They use 916 area codes to make it look legitimate but only the naive would fall for that.

I do not recommend for anyone seeking sponsorship during the employment process, like, OPT & H1B.

Their policies are not good. You get no pay for client holidays even if you are fixed monthly. If you're full time you get one PTO detected for each client holiday. Most good people from the company all i know were left. I worked under their payroll for almost 6 months didn t get official email id created for me. They treat full time employees working at client locations as contractors only. You wouldn't feel you're full time with them. Company dont respect the employees, is what i felt. I heard same from other guys thru common friends who worked with them.

I had to leave company to get my H1B extension to process. Mostly few persons i was in contact throughout my employment process were HR, Manager, Lucky - recruiter, Syam - immigration. Lucky and Syam were really rude and didn't respect employees and their needs when comes to H1B needs. I was asked to reduce my salary to get a project with less billing so they can process my extension. It is their strategy to benefit out of staffs who need sponsorship. A mere Desi consulting company mind approach. Not a legit business, they run staffing company for money in the name of a brand. No respect for individual's career aspiration or personal life needs. Even when I resign they were blackmailing and asking to pay $10,000 for no reason.

Advise: Respect human. There should be a well balance between business and employee's satisfaction. You're zero in later.
