I WOULD LOVE IT IF THESE IDIOTS WOULD GET A CLUE THAT WHEN SOMEONE WRITES " RETURN TO SENDER" ON THE MAIL " DOES NOT LIVE HERE" THAT THEY WOULD REALIZE IT MEANS JUST THAT. NOT SEND ME ANOTHER NOTICE WITH A THREAT ABOUT THE TIME I CAN DO FOR NOT GIVING THE PERSON THERE MAIL IF I KNEW THE PERSON I WOULD BE HAPPY TO GIVE THEM THE THOUSANDS OF MAIL AND THE NASTY RECORDINGS ON MY PHONE WITH MY NAME WHICH DOESN'T EVEN MATCH THIS PERSONS IF THEY HAD ANY CLUE THEY WOULD REALIZE THIS HOUSE WAS SOLD 3 YEARS AGO AND TO NO ONE OF THAT NAME NEVER MIND A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT NATIONALITY. BTW I'M JUST A TENANT NOT EVEN THE OWNER SO BARKING UP THIS TREE ISN'T HELPING U IDIOTS.

Unprofessional and rude as reflected in previous comments. How about I slap suit against them for their unethical practices. Service representative laughed at me, laughed at me. What professional institution does that? Read your script some more.

Disgusting and shameful "law firm"...This foul group of lowlifes have been attempting to collect a "debt" from me that is non existent. I am told that I owe $4474.12 from 2005! Since I have A credit and have always been a fanatic about paying my bills I am pretty sure I would remember not paying a debt of this size...even though debts are only relevant 7 years after they are charged off..I never even had this debt,yet the flood my house with request for all my financial information. THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I will be contacting my Attorney General regarding this harassment ..DO NOT attempt to work with these thieves & contact authorities!

Its amazing that these people wake up everyday and tell their family members that they are going to work. The very people you work for trying to collect money for are themselves not even paying taxes, have more money than a hundred generations of their family will ever use up, and you still get up every day and tell your family members you are going to help them make even more by making false threats of court action to coerce payments from the elderly, the disabled, and the impoverished; who pay taxes and struggle everyday? What a waste of your mind and talent!!

They don t ever answer the phone!!! I even sent an email and got no reply back. I m willing to pay too and they don t answer!!! There s no way this place is a firm SCAMMERS!!!

Is it possible to give no stars? They add "sir" after every few words to make it seem like they're a legitimate company but in reality...I don't know how these people live with themselves.

My elderly mother, who has been trying to settle her debt for months, she has been in and out the hospital, we have attempted to contact them numerous times and no luck. Now she has to go to court. Again still trying to contact them and no luck. Horrible service.

If I could do less than 1, I would. Insensitive and agree with the rest of the comments - you can literally hear their eyes rolling as you speak to them. No wonder they were sued.

Got a letter today from them saying my debt is no longer with them but rather another debt agency. On November 20th I have to go to court because of them. Does anyone know if after receiving this note if I should still go to court (or has anyone went through this with them)? I m going to dig really deep into this as this company seems very shady but came here in hopes of a quick answer. How can they send me summons etc. and now they don t have it? They also got payments from my partner and sent him the same we sold your debt letter, so now what they settled, what he has paid is voided???? I m absolutely stunned by the unprofessionalism and deceit. How are they still in business???

Always ask for clarity and definition for the meanings behind EVERY WORD THEY SPEAK.

Sent them all the information they needed and they still send me court threats. Even though I'm willing to pay. Wish I could give negative 15 stars.

If I could give them a -5 stars, I would. These are the nastiest bunch of bullies I've ever dealt with. Their customer service people have no clue about how to talk to people. When I've tried to talk to them about paying my bill they interrupt, insist on a higher payment, insist I pay that day, etc. I can tell by the sarcastic tones in their voices that they're rolling their eyes and not paying any attention to me. Yes, I owe the bill. Yes, I make consistent payments. I hate the fact that I always have to call in the payments because I always have to talk to one of these unprofessional fools. And, yes, I've gotten the court threat too - for $300 even though I pay steadily. Really? Horrible company, horrible people. Avoid at all costs.

I have been trying to reach them and all phone numbers are disconnected. Anyone know for sure if this is a scam? I will be reporting to Attorney General's office asap.
