Great course built around very interesting sculptures.
Great course built around very interesting sculptures.
Beautiful place to have a date, or a fun family gathering.
Not to expensive, the Sculptures were amazing and the Mini Golf course was awesome.
The course was fun, yet challenging.
Unlike many of the normal putt putt coarser.
Super cute farm animals to see as well.
There are goats to feed, horses, a mini donkey, and a fat little Pott belly pig that loves belly rubs.
And a few chickens and a goose running amuck. Lol... it was a blast.
Had an absolute blast here! Even the teenage boys had a great time playing mini golf, exploring the sculpture garden, and some of the other games (big chess, ping pong, and bags to name a few). The mini golf course is very fun and unique, More
Amazing sculpture garden with goats and chickens, and mini golf.
1 of the Koolest Places Ive Been Too!!! The Art Work & Sculptures are Truly Amazing!! Just when You think You saw it all ...BOOM , PIG FLYING A PLANE!!!
Cool place for mini golf and art. Would be better with a real bathroom than a porta potty
It felt like another world, tropical, shaded and super cool course.
10 **********STAR....very very special moment for my husband and I. It does not get any better than this! Mini golf, physical art experience, You feel the art work sculptures, you are drawn in. Live animals, chickens, horses, goats, donkey, cow, gardens, picnic area to bring a lunch and enjoy the peacefulness around you. It is amazing, the beauty, the scale, and the BEST!!!!!!! An experience you will never forget! Added bonus for us, we met the artist/owner Bruce!!! Hope to see him again! Such a humble and articulate man! Thank you!!!! Tom and Jacqueline (Jacque)
This place is a waaaamma jamma place to go if you want to have an awesome time. Wumbo jumbo a wumbo myumbo!
This mini golf course is delightful. It was a really hot day, but the course is well shaded and they had little misters running in a few places. The artwork is whimsical and fun and each hole is creative. The kids loved it, and so did I. After we played on the course we ate a picnic lunch and enjoyed the sculpture Park. Best mini golf course I've ever been to.
Absolutely amazing! A must go to!! If it wasn't getting dark out would have played another round. Cute little older man that must own it said it was like no other and he was right! I will be going back there and you need to check it out too
Must see. Second date material. Family gold. Bring a picnic, places galore w bonfire spots. Inspiring.
Excellent place for the embodiment of your cleative ideas
Interesting and creative approach to mini golf. Lots of sculptures - some more interesting than others, but well done. Greeted by a pot belly pig near the end of our round, and the kids enjoyed the goats, chickens, and horses (they found some Pokemon too).
All in all, we had a good time.
Great fun, so unique. A special 10th birthday for our grandson
Very fun course. Once the game is done, you can walk around and seee some very crafty work.
We found this course doing a web search -- and thank goodness we did. We loved it! Very reasonable priced for the 14 hole course, and each hole provided a unique twist on the basic mini golf setup. We drove 50 minutes to get there; we'll be making that drive again and again!
OMG!! If you happen to find yourself at this remotely located putt putt sculpture garden you are a very lucky person. It is located outside of a small town in Mound, Mn (out by Lake Minnetonka) It's a perfect idea enjoying actual sculptures, on a very creative putt putt course great family fun. Especially, if your on a budget. You would be pleasantly surprised at not only what they charge but, how you pay!! You'll have to go there to know what that means!!
I've gotten so used to commercial mini golf courses that this course blew me away. It was unique, beautiful, and a perfect family activity.
Such a cool golf course! We have become "snobs" when it comes to mini-golf and prefer only unique or challenging courses. Big Stone delivers on both counts. The holes are not typical in any way and create a very memorable experience. The integration of the sculpture garden elements is wonderful and is unlike any course we've played before (which is why we've come back and played multiple times). You have to check it out!
Awesome thank you!!
The best mini put course ever!
Totally enjoyed it there, great miniature golf and so much else to see, would recommend to everyone!
Very nice course but needs maintenance. One of better ones with artwork all over. Very crowded on the weekends.
Fun place to spend a few hours golfing and or checking out the sculptures.
Enjoyable with unique holes to navigate. Plus the surrounding farm and wild life. Holes need to have better defined starting places for the ball to sit. Sculptures all interesting, and other fun to play items like giant chess, outdoor checkers, mini shuffleboard. Plan to get there early, it took us three tries to get there without having to park in the road.
Such an awesome place with amazing scenery and artwork. Holes are fun, creative, and each one is incredibly unique.
The mini golf was a ton of fun and being able to feet the goats afterwards made it more memorable! The male goat Midnight was my favorite and let me pet him for a while. They also have chickens, ducks, and horses as well! A fun place for family and/or friends
We had so much fun there today. I have 2 daughters, 16 and 18 and they both thought it was a blast. We'll be back for sure!
Fantastic prices! It is a quick 20 minute bike ride from the center of Mound. It s right off the bike trail, so a very good place for families. The gale woods farm is across the bike path so make sure to visit both places! The sculptures around the playing area are very neat and the staff are very nice even when you hit the ball into the water in where most miniature golf places seem to want to kill you. Food is cheap and close to Mound and the Gale Woods Farm!
Very unique...very fun...a must for mini golf fans!!!!
A really fun place to go. They have an organic farm. That host a mini golf course, that is REALLY cute! They also have sculptures scattered around their farm, some of the sculptures are games like pingpong, corn hole and table top shuffleboard, to name a few. Bring a picnic and hang out.
Really fun and creative course. We however didn't appreciate wearing masking in 85 degree temps when groups were always more than 15 feet apart. Super cute Goats!
Awesome mini golf course with remarkable sculpture garden. Interesting location worth a visit.
Very well designed and unique mini golf. Worth the stop, Check it out!
Big Stone is amazing! Love all the sculptures! I think the black dog is my favorite, all made out of tires!
Amazing art, gardens, and mini golf course. It's a little out of the way if you're coming from the cities but trust me - the trip is worth it. Great place to spend the day with the kids/family/friends, or for a memorable date.
Just ride my bike close by and I learned about this place, I should go back it's seems to be fun the mini golf and sculptures
This is the best mini golf place I have ever been to. I take a big group of friends here every year for my birthday, and each year there are some new people who also think it's the best mini golf place they've ever been to.
This is the most beautiful, fun, and amazing mini golf experience I have ever had and I am a big mini golf fan! Big Stone truly has something for everyone with goats, chickens, and a pot belly pig to entertain the little one, beautiful artwork and sculptures that will amaze the adults, and fun challenging holes that can be enjoyed by all ages. It is a favorite summer activity of ours and a beautiful way to spend a warm summer day. It is absolutely worth the drive!
I really loved golfing here and the goats are really nice too so that's a plus
the golf rounds were pretty fun. but I have to say I was way more impressed with all the sculptures they had around the land. awesome place to bring the family.
Come check this place out. The art is amazing and the mini golf is super fun for all ages
It's a great 14 hole mini putt course and sculpture gardens. You can feed goats and chickens and sometimes horses.
They need to sweep the pebbles off of the turf more often and fix a couple spots where your ball could get stuck to get to 5 stars.
This place is amazing!!! Super fun, lovely sculptures- just so relaxing.
This is the most beautiful mini golf course I've ever been to. My family visit this course a few times a year. Every time we go, we always have lots of fun. This is a hidden gem in Minnesota.
Very cool atmosphere and unique mini golf experience.
Fun mini-golf but the sculpture and live animals walking about was even more fun.
My 15 month old kid really enjoyed here, staff is good, animals are harmless and enough space to roam around. Nice staff and helpful !! Scenic drive to reach here !!
Enjoyed the first sunny Saturday of the season here, it was great! We arrived just before the rush so we were able to take our time and really enjoy the art that surrounded us. After golfing, we wandered the grounds to look at the other sculptures and came across some animals as well! All around a great time. Worth the visit! Looking forward to coming back.
So much fun! Different than any mini golf we've been to. And sculptures and goats are added bonuses. Highly recommend. Although golf course is not for younger kids, too difficult.
Fun courses, very creative art. The goats are hilarious.
Awesome place to spend an afternoon. The sculpture work is really cool and the course is super fun. The proprietor clearly executed their vision with quirkiness and beauty in mind.
Great place to spend a Sunday afternoon with the family. Live animals to pet, beautiful sculpture garden that's ever changing
Everything , here is perfect, top 1% , could be 10 stars
Totally unique mini golf experience! Awesome sculptures, goats, pigs, etc. There's a quiet place by a bonfire with marshmallows and sticks. Lots of places to sit down and play a game of checkers, etc.
Good place for a wedding reception or family get-together.
The great reviews gave me overly high expectations. Staff were super friendly and prices were good. Just gets too crowded on the weeknds so u have to wait and wait. If we were ever in the neighborhood on a weekday we would go back but not on a weekend.
Truly one of the best mini golf experiences we've had. Fantastic!
Awesome fun time. Guild is fun, but then there are the sculptures and the animals. While family enjoyed our visit. Plus the prices are soooo reasonable.
Honestly the mini golf was a blast, some of the holes took just a little to find but the staff always help guide you. The best part though were the goats, the male goat midnight ended uo being my favorite!
mini golf course is a must see, but dont keep score, they do not repair the putting surfaces.
Super fun. Family loves this place. Gets busy, but tons to do and see so it doesnt matter
The golfing is as fun as ever but find it a bit ridiculous to have mandatory masks outside in 80+ degree weather. Restaurants currently have seating that is closer together than the other parties ahead or behind you on the course.
great hidden and creative mini golf course. So much fun!
Our small group ranging in age from 4-80 really enjoyed our experience here. Totally worth the money because everyone was engaged, the weather was great, the art was imaginative and the golf was playful. Parking and restrooms were open, available, and clean. The on site goats were a hit and the people working and playing were both courteous and friendly.
It's super fun. The goats are cool.
It's a very fun thing to do with friends. Its definitely not professional mini golf, just a fun game with lots of cool art. I highly suggest going into the field behind the hole with the sunflower statues, it has a horse and a cow in the very back, plus more statues, a garden, and a bonfire. The holes are very cool. I love the art! All around a very interesting and cool day out.
Such a fun artsy course and a lot more to do than just mini golf! They have animals and games and a bonfire pit as well! Stayed and had a picnic for a perfect afternoon!!
This has to be the most unusual mini golf experience on the surface of the planet!!!
Had a blast with my 5 year old son! Was a means to show him some art while having fun playing mini golf. The artist along with the other artists that have pieces here are wonderfully talented!
Beautiful mini golf course and fun to play with the family.
This is far and away the coolest mini golf course I've been to! The 14 holes were all super fun and the art and sculptures around the property were really interesting and made for some fun pictures as well. It is cash only for golfing. They also do birthday parties and you can reserve fire pits as well. Also, goats
Nice mini golf, nice art, nice location. Really bad they don't take credit card. Make sure you bring cash, closest ATM about 10 minutes away.
This was so much fun. The art is interesting and the mini golf obstacles were a lot of fun. This is a unique place certainly worth visiting no matter if you have a lot of kids or a group of adults.
