I have been living at your property on villa cliff drive for many years. Always staying because the price was good and my kids school is near by. Recently these past 2 years have been hard. Your leasing staff is deplorable. I have submitted my notice and i wish i could upload all the harassing notices emails and calls. From leasing staff not wanting to respond my questions, from the new one today a new notice for 3 broken blinds and wanting to be charged $100 for each slat. I feel harassed, disrespected, and fearful. They had my notice and still were trying to force me to sign and fill out an application 2 weeks before my move out date. I will be sending all these harassing and non conventional lease violations to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Thank the Lord i have family in leasing that have given me allot of knowledge and i have listened and kept all my records.
My mother has been a resident at the property Latitude 2976 for over 30 days. As of Saturday October 11, 2020 I am a new tenant as well. When I tell you that so far this has been the ABSOLUTE WORST decision either of us have made. Between the multiple complaints on the failings of the office and maintenance staff. To the blatant lies and lack of accountability. I know for a FACT I WILL NOT be renewing my lease here. Furthermore the regional manager Kendra is the most unprofessional woman I could ever imagine. I have to say imagine instead of met because we have emailed her numerous times regarding the issues we have encountered. And she has purposely neglected to respond or have another superior of the company respond. I would say no one should EVER rent from Lurin because they do not value their residents. Nor do they train their staff to be professionals who pride themselves on their work!
Hi , I ve been here for 15yrs and I love it here , the apartments are all upgraded, the rooms are larger than most apartments , they re located near everything that I need ,our office and maintenance staff are very friendly, prompt, professional and courteous, we all love them , and they love us ... this is a great atmosphere to raise a family , all of my neighbors are very friendly and helpful , we look out for each other , , I ve seen people come from , as far as California , Mississippi, Arkansas to live here , so if you re looking for a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE come here to Alpine Creek , I wouldn t lie to you ! Take my word
There was black mold in my apartment, trash on the grounds, drugs, noise, plumbing problems and on and on. Do yourself a favor and don t deal with these shady people.
