I have been living at your property on villa cliff drive for many years. Always staying because the price was good and my kids school is near by. Recently these past 2 years have been hard. Your leasing staff is deplorable. I have submitted my notice and i wish i could upload all the harassing notices emails and calls. From leasing staff not wanting to respond my questions, from the new one today a new notice for 3 broken blinds and wanting to be charged $100 for each slat. I feel harassed, disrespected, and fearful. They had my notice and still were trying to force me to sign and fill out an application 2 weeks before my move out date. I will be sending all these harassing and non conventional lease violations to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Thank the Lord i have family in leasing that have given me allot of knowledge and i have listened and kept all my records.
