My mother has been a resident at the property Latitude 2976 for over 30 days. As of Saturday October 11, 2020 I am a new tenant as well. When I tell you that so far this has been the ABSOLUTE WORST decision either of us have made. Between the multiple complaints on the failings of the office and maintenance staff. To the blatant lies and lack of accountability. I know for a FACT I WILL NOT be renewing my lease here. Furthermore the regional manager Kendra is the most unprofessional woman I could ever imagine. I have to say imagine instead of met because we have emailed her numerous times regarding the issues we have encountered. And she has purposely neglected to respond or have another superior of the company respond. I would say no one should EVER rent from Lurin because they do not value their residents. Nor do they train their staff to be professionals who pride themselves on their work!
