Best car buying experience ever!! This was my second time buying a Honda from Lundgren and I swear it just keeps getting easier and more comfortable. Huge shout out to Len Robinson for making it a completely seamless process. Will totally be coming back when it s time to trade in again!
I went to Lundgren Honda earlier this week and was not treated well by one of their sales associates. They had the exact vehicle we were looking for, so we begrudgingly went back to give them another try. We went in today and were helped by Andy Dupuis, who was super friendly and helpful. We knew exactly what we were looking for, so Andy was very honest and fair in his dealings with us, and very personable. Within about an hour he had our deposit and we were able to leave there feeling very good about this purchase. What a difference the right sales associate can make. Thanks so much, Andy!
Overall I had a positive experience using the services provided here at Lundgren Honda of Auburn. The staff working here are very kind, friendly and accommodating, willing to offer suggestions and advice accordingly and appropriately; special shout-out to Josh. Only issue was that my bill came out to be slightly higher than I was originally quoted, but apart from that I d most likely return again as a regular here

Walked into the store and none of the sale rep greeted us, even though we were the only customers in the lobby. Then when ask a sales rep about the 0% apr, they told us that was an old deal despite us seeing it on their display wall and the Honda website. It was clear to me and my family that they had no interest in working with us. I don t want to assume discrimination but there was zero diversity amongst their staff.
Nothing but great things to say about Andy and the entire sales team at Lundgren Honda of Auburn. Everyone was super welcoming, kind and ready to assist. Andy was knowledgeable and very helpful with the purchase of my HR-V, so happy I purchased from him and will be recommending to others!

I had Russell for my sales associate! He had instantly made sure he had showed us the cars within my price range and always made an effort to make us feel welcomed and in good hands! As my mom and I were stressing he made the experience amazing. He was super calm and did everything in his best ability to make sure I got my Mazda! He made us laugh and at ease with the whole experience! When I went to go pick up my car the next day it was ready he made to sure to put a smile on my face and always made me continuously feel welcomed!
