Of course everyone is rating 5 stars for their customer service, but always remember there s people who s in the basement that work as hard as the people on the front line. Unfortunately, the employees are treated very badly that are moving the appliances downstairs in the basement and I believe this company needs to work on the way they talk to individuals and not down talk their employees. I m also aware this a family owned business and they like to play favoritism.
Upon entry to pick up my order I realize I had not been in the store since I worked in Stamford during the late 90s. Very professional operation, organized and able to source the product you need.
Management and staff are all super pleasant and helpful. Customer service is #1.The appliance showroom is amazing, with many different brands represented in a kitchen-like setting. All the best electronics are available with good pricing. Delivery and installation services is excellent. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to work with County TV and Appliance! I had to replace my refrigerator and they made it easy by emailing me a variety of options based on my preferences and budget. They were up front and honest about order and delivery times but surprised me and were able to deliver my fridge three days early!
