Lumberton Fitness Center Review

Open 24 hours, good-sized pool, squash courts, plenty of classes and many cardio machines! The weight room should be larger but I usually don t have issues using a machine.

It's helping me with rehab. ...will be joining the gym soon.

I have been working here for a while. I wish they woukd add more equipment to the weight room and make it just alittle better. Other than that its awesome and thr staff is very friendly.

The spa is wonderful amazing staff very peaceful i would give it 10 stars

Certains MEMBERS think they own this gym and the dressing room is their home. They bring in music and BLAST the rest of us.
I've altered my time coming to avoid that which means I don't get to come as often. Very irritating.

Best gym in the area. More activities than a lot of other gyms

South eastern fitness center is the number one club in NC I do have different accounts in other club but there nothing like south eastern I am so bless to b member of this club

Have been here for rehab for two shoulder surgeries and knee surgery. Great PT staff and great office staff as well.

This place is a joke. A bunch of stuck up people. The staff does nothing but sit around and converse. I see children in the rooms on the equipment. Or wandering around. If not kids, people sitting on equipment talking or texting. People act like they own the place. Need to put out some decoys, maybe then management could make a change at this place. Save yourself some money. Find another place to work out. Staff needs to learn what a real job is. I guess you have a lot of fake reviews on here. This place is not friendly at all.

I come to the gym about 4 times a week. And there's always this one staff name Carolina always is hateful and has an attitude. By the way, if you hate dealing with the public find another occupation. All this over some ice and this is the second time.

Best gym down here. has everything you need pool,sauna,basketball court indoor track, free weights, all machines, towels , showers, man this place is awesome it has literally everything .Had great experience. Highly recommended to every one. From athletes to seniors

Love this gym great mix of equipment. My only complaint is the lack of a rule that ear phones should be used for any music, unless its a staff class. Certain members belleve they deserve to blast profane degrading music without a concern for others. Gym has an excellent pool and a wide array of classes for all ages.

The Lifestyle fitness center is a real gem in the small city of Lumberton. Yoga & many other classes, indoor pool, track, basketball, racquetball, weight room, lots of machines & treadmills. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. Clean locker rooms & public areas. Open 24 hours M-T.

The place is clean and in out. I go here maybe 4 to 5 days a week.

Great gym. No mandatory long term contracts. Practically free for Blue Cross Blue Shield members.

Customer service is great, childcare, and many amenities.

This place is alright but there swimming pool needs to be cleaned it dirty

I have been going to the gym for years and recently in the past year certain members have been bringing their own radios in blasting all kinds of music the whole time they're there and the staff seem to not care that it is being inconsiderate to others

This place is wonderful. Planet fitness has way more gym equipment, but I come here for the Jacuzzi and sauna (sauna has been down now for a few months) and it's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Shouldn't take that long to get another unit or fix the broken unit.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. No pressure to do things you can't do. Is completely at your own pace and very supportive. I drive from another city just to come here a few times a week.

It was ok, falling apart like the rest of Whiteville.
