It high standard hotel. Rooms are big and clean. It service is on high level. Food is v. good. It one weakenss spa and swimming pool only to 7.30 p.m.

Good location and nice quality traditional style city hotel

Badly positioned hotel, relatively far from Liberty Avenue. A botched cleaning, hair and crumbs on the toilet when I arrived. Unable to have TV in the living room. As for the spa, it has traces of mold at the doors of the saunat. In addition, young children being allowed in the spa, I was able to bathe in water that floated residues of children's diapers.
The staff are cold. The decor is dated. Breakfast is trivial. I took the elevator several times a day. The latter stopped for no reason each time.
This hotel does not deserve 5 stars.

Room not cleaned until late in day. Air Conditioner in room very poor and not addressed by Hotel after being notified. Room too warm at night to sleep properly. Breakfast buffet food not hot and coffee very poor. Staff don't ask how was your stay at check out....which was a common theme throughout our holiday.

Wonderful hotel, highly qualified and trained staff to better serve guests

A classic hotel, but it has very good service. I thought the customer treatment was spectacular. The rooms are very spacious and have a VIP lounge, which is perfect to rest after walking and take advantage of the spectacular view of the river at night. It is close (on foot) to the tourist bus stop. Good choice at the moment of visiting the city.

Clean room, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast selection in pleasant surroundings. Approximately 30 minutes stroll to downtown and the river. Close to shopping centre and a selection of restaurants.

This is a 5 stars hotel with 4 stats rooms and 3 stars gym. Quite dates premises, quite a pity for such a high standard service

Gorgeous. Very luxurious. Classic ornamentation. A breakfast worthy of a 5 star hotel. Close to the shopping center. I recommend this hotel. Really enjoyed.

Mediocre because a five-star hotel is due to fix your room before half past four in the afternoon and, in any case, apologizes if you do not.
A five-star hotel, as it is due, sweeps the floor and leaves you no trace of hairs and preys on the floor. A five-star hotel properly, does not charge you for the amenities. In a five star hotel properly they have more than one plug in the bathroom and also work. In a five-star hotel, they do not leave the toilet lid husked, nor do they install "stick" bathtubs, which are doubled with the weight of normal people. In a five star hotel, you are asked how the stay is when you check out. Come on, there will be five stars, but not their category.

A hotel worth recommending. Large comfortable rooms - nice views - especially on the river. I got a view of another apartment building standing next to the hotel but I do not complain - thanks to that it covered the sun and was very nice in the room! A bit far from the mainstream of wandering around the old town but from what is the tram and buses - it's better means of communication than taxis - especially in traffic jams!
Everyone, even the most fastidious guest will find something for themselves in the breakfast offer.
A big plus is the neighborhood of the shopping gallery with an excellent selection of mineral waters, because the hotel has 5 stars - but this room was lacking. Of course, the mini-bar offered bottles for one sip, but it is not a good idea to supplement liquids in this way :)
... and it was a minor minusik :)
Anyway, I will gladly come back to this hotel next time I visit Lisbon! Obrigado!

I love it, so much comfort and good taste. It seems like you're in a palace.

Nice breakfast, however room an lobby design are a little bit dated.
Bedroom (non-smoking) comfortable, but bathroom devoloped an ashtray odor overnight, and this was not resolved by maintenance despite informed of the occurrence.

All chord price quality rooms, the restaurant is very expensive

Very comfortable, staff with good service, in front of Amoreiras shopping. Full breakfast and very yummy. I come back and recommend it!

We were in a suite river view whith fantastic panoramic of the city of Lisbon, very big and comfortable. Good breakfast, good service. Very close to Amoreiras Shopping Centre where you
can find lot of places for lunch or dinner.
Very easy to move by bus. I will return back to hotel Dom Pedro very surely.

Courtesy, professionalism and quality of services are all top notch, like the kitchen, judging from breakfast.
The SPA is not at the level you would expect

If you have a canceled flight and you are parked here it is not a punishment, 24 hours well stocked with beautiful room, delicious food, good care and a walk through a beautiful shopping center fully air-conditioned. You go there for pleasure.
