They take so long to answer an e-mail or a call that I've lost my chance of applying for my citizenship on time. But as it is my third (bad) experience with a law firm in UK. I kept them cause I didn't want to lose even more time. Well, lockdown starts, lockdown eases...and it's been 15 days that I'm trying to get in contact to know about the new rules/laws and documents that I'll need to redo...Oh...and they were already paid. Btw, you go yourself after your documents, translation and to apostile them...at this point I don't even know what I'm paying them for.
