I was there to leave my girlfriend and go have a good time

I had never been here, much less any casino for years,but was pleasantly surprised. I had a great time, Lana was very nice setting up my rewards card and the staff were pleasant. Eventuality I'll figure out what the points do, and now I know 1cent slots are not a penny

Beautiful place. Remodeling done and service is outstanding.

Buffet was amazing. Everything was very fresh. Casino was clean and everyone was very friendly. Only down side was machines were older and outdated

The hotel rooms were nice and very friendy room service.

There are better places north and south. I do like the bingo here, but I always lose money at the slots.

The worst...ill never come here again....they are lucky my son is asleep and comfy in the hotel room...but the lower 24 hour slot machine room...dont even bother..I would love to see the security footage of my Slot machining spinning as your floor security said it did..when I know for a fact it didn't..in all my years of gamblingand going to casinos...the audacity of lucky eagle casino has left me hopeless for man kind

I didn't win but it was a very relaxing environment and so many different games to play. Ate the New steak and it was exactly how I wanted it to taste.

I like playing slots. Have been going there for over 20 years and the improvements just increase my likelihood of continuing to return. The Senior prices of the buffet have me eating there as well.

It's quite the drive to get there, but the destination is worth it. The casino is quite large with a large no-smoking section. The buffet was affordable, and the on-site cedar plank salmon cooking was enjoyable.

The hotel is reasonably new. Rooms large and we'll appointed. And very reasonable in price.

Huge king suite! Nice non smoking area. Checked in at 11pm. Asked if could get a late check out because arriving so late and checkout being 11am. Supervisor looked at screen for awhile and responded, "$25 for one hour." We passed. At exactly 11am as we were about to walk out of our room an employee knocked on our door. I opened and the first words out of her mouth were, "you have an 11am checkout". I said I have my bag in my hand and was just walking out.
This place has HORRIBLE service!

The wife and I went for the buffet and to gamble. The buffet was a 5 out of 5. Great options, and fast service for such a busy night. I was a little disappointed by the lack of table games they had.

The wife had good luck in the casino. Buffett was awesome. The customers however aren't the friendliest I felt bad for the casino employees. I tipped well.

I had a good time. The machines were ok. I lasted till we had to leave. The buffet was to die for. Yum!!#!

Won $140. Playing slots and had a good dinner there.

Needs more parking, event was nice, dinner caused everyone horrible stomach aches

Fun times but low payout so be prepared to give them your money. Do love the large bathrooms as you never have to wait around, also love their restaurants and Starbucks within the casino. Slam burger was delicious!

Security crew did awesome with a drunk / high guest. Very professional.

I like playing the slots each time I go to Lucky Eagle. The rewards program, buffet, and staff are great.

If you're a tables player this place sucks. I am a data geek at work so while at play I've created a little app for myself to be able to analyze differences between casinos I go to. For the amount I played here, the typical casino would have given me about $10-$15 for the restaurant. Here, I got $2.78. Granted, there is great variability in these kinds of programs, but this place is a real outlier on the low end, indicating they have almost no respect for table players.

Went for buffet, salmon was scrumptious, beef was great, salad bar excellent, excellent service. Just an all around fabulous time with friends

Place was nice, but machines don't pay out for squat

I want to thank the security team especially Coleen in the hotel casino I was trying to be socially distancing myself was being harassed by another guest calling me profound names they took care of the problem with tactfully and and apologized to me for the guests behavior I will always bypass the Ilana to play where they care about their guest great job Lucky Eagle your tops in my nook Thank you

I don't gamble too often but when I do I enjoy going to the Lucky Eagle the employees are extremely helpful and friendly and all the other casinos in the area have removed the game "lucky lava" but not the Lucky Eagle they have 3 of them and it's my favorite game. That makes me very happy to go there

A lot of new slot games. Staff is great, overall it's a great casino and I definitely recommend it

Great buffet. So many choices! Servers were fantastic!!
I was a bit disappointed while being helped at customer service desk. Was asking some questions about current promotions and changes, as I hadn't been here in about 10 years, none of my questions were answered and once my new card was handed to me, I was asked to move on. Pretty disappointing. Stayed and played for a few but overall experience was okay.

Fun, but didn't win much... not the very loose slots. Still had a good time.

Slots is extremely tight. You have to be a high roller to have a chance to win.

They added a larger non smoking section and improved the buffet. Could use more self service beverage stands.

I am not sure why they have just 2 stars, but the place is very nice and the rooms a clean. They have 2 areas for the casino, one that is the big casino and the other on the first floor of the hotel. Tge woodfire pizza restaurant is very good as well.
Loved the service everywhere in the casino, the staff is extremly polite. Will definitely come back again.

Years ago used to be great!! I d walked out with winning every time I d go, now all they do is take my money... You don t see anyone anymore screaming that they hit a jackpot, just has become very dull

This was our 3rd time eating lunch at the buffet and our last the flies were disgusting all over the food I couldn't finish my lunch we will not be back

Extremely poor service at bar and restaurants. Not even busy and could not get served in Steak House. Ruined our Anniversary weekend.

You can't win at this place. It's nice and all. Probably because they just take your money. Haven't won there in a long time and never hit a jackpot.

Nicely appointed and clean rooms. Much quieter place to gamble compared to casino, but machines sometimes malfunction, and slot attendants are frequently away from their desk or 'closed' so if you have a problem with a machine you are not likely to get any help. I had a machine 'eat' my ticket, and after an hour of waiting and having a security guard try to retrieve my ticket , I was told I would have to return the next day to get my money. When I returned, I was told that the person who needed to validate the return of my money hadn't done so before leaving for lunch and that I would have to return in two hours. The second time I returned, I had to wait another 35 mins for this person to come authorize the return of my money, then because the slot attendant/security guard had not made a note of how much money I had in the machine, they had to get another authorization, but now it was too late in the day (4:00pm) and I would have to come back tomorrow. I told them I would not be able to do that and demanded they do whatever they had to do to get my money. After another 45 mins my money was finally refunded. With no apology and zero comp. The entire time the staff treated me like I was to blame or was lying, despite that whole row of machines being closed after I and two others lost their tickets. All this over a little less than $200.

Had a great company Christmas party here. The bar has a wonderful collection of craft beer.

I do not gamble so i only go there to eat and drink, tyhe buffet is good and drinks are ik too

Always improving, they have a little bit of everything a gamer enjoys

Remodeled. Standard slot & table games. Buffet is a bit pricier with addition of smoked salmon in house. I enjoyed new dessert options, service. Bigger lounge & dance location.

Busy casino but overly irritating due to the smokers and lack of strong air filtering. Overall, clean

Usually the crab at the buffet is okay. But lately it is way to salty pretty sure it frozen which sucks butt.
