Ate at the sports bar, had the classic breakfast for dinner. Food was aright, the hash browns were obviously left overs from breakfast they were not edible. The new section in the casino seemed like the ventilation was better than the older part of the casino. They had lots of the newer slot machines.

Customer service was lacking. Security was boderline rude to me on different occasions for different reasons, all about me not understanding the polices. The "free" wifi was tremendously slow, and they threw away a whole bottle of my gin that I had left in MY room. Once I inquired a outmy alcohol, I was told "they just threw it out."

Been here gambling. Ordered food from the restaurant and paid 14 bucks for fish n chips but once I got it the 3 pieces were helluh small. So had it remade. They closed shortly after n I noticed that they didn't give me tartar sauce. When I went back and asked for it the gentleman tried arguing with me about whether be gave it to me or not. And the reason he argued with me was because he didn't want to have to go pull it out of the fridge since it was already put away. I just ordered a pizza from there bout an hour or 2 ago and asked to have the pizza put into a small box and their 2 staff members who I asked were too incompetent to figure out what I asked for. So they gave me the pizza in a big box and the small box for me to do it myself! They are literally the worst staff ever except for.the host who was working last night.

Practicing social distancing and taking very good precautions. Not many people during they day when I was last there. Limiting crowds. We all felt very comfortable being there despite the current climate. I would recommend this place all day every day.

Had dinner at the buffet for a business meeting. The waiter was friendly however our water did not get filled often enough. We had 10 people and the waiter only checked on us a few times In the 4.5 hour period we were there. We had empty water/drinks and dirty dishes crowding the table. More frequent visits and would have rated 5/5 the food was really good

Updated review ftom my previous time. I've increased it one star. The craft house was better, last 2 times we went, service was better, drinks were actually coming out of bar in a reasonable amount of time. The food is still spotty, nachos come out with tons of toppings the pizza was light on toppings, which is a shame, the sauce is still excellent. Had same experiance with sandwitches, lots of toppings one night, bread only the next. The reason i am doing this update is the buffett. The smoked salmon and chicken are excellent, they no longer serve mixed drinks in buffet, beer and wine only, their dessert bar is really good. I will contnue to come to buffet. Crafthouse, maybe, Steakhouse, probably not, Asian resteraunt is now closed. The sandwitch bar next to bingo isn't as good, but still a decwnt place to eat.
My old review: sport bar/ restaurant is so spotty. One night pretty good the next not great. The staff is nice, just not real compitent.
Major problem is the bar, drinks come out slow and quality is inconsistant.
Food, they are real scant on toppings on pizzas [I order extra topping] the sauce is excellent. Thier prime rib dip is the classic more bun than meat (this is supposed to be a sports bar, I want big portions, not the artsy designer stuff, also I want to hear games. When you try and make a facility a combo of something, usually becomes lack luster at best). The au jus is excellent. Fries are really excellent. The club sandwich has a lot of toppings (inconsistant again, one sandwich is a hearty meal, the other a bread sandwich) and is probably my favorite due to great bacon, turkey and ham.
Salmon is excellent, just another small portion.
Overall I like gambling at Lucky Eagle. Do pretty good there.
We used to love their old steakhouse, hope they don't screw that up when they open up the new one.

I used to give it a 5 star!!! They used to include continental breakfast, we drove an hour and 45 minutes to go visit and we used to go a lot. It made it nice when ya had to hurry home in the morning. Now that they do not offer it we only go a few times a year, I do love all the games they have and they keep the new ones coming in and still have all the favorites. Two cocktail lounges and great staff.

I love this place! We stayed in a standard room with a friend and my puppy. So pets allowed, the check in was easy and staff was great. I received a discount for first time stay. The room was spacious, it had 2 queen beds which were comfortable. Nice surprise was Kerig coffee maker with coffee and bottled water. When the casino closed the hotel has a small casino downstairs to continue playing, I believe open 24 hours. Room was clean and nice amenities. I am already planning another stay but to an upgraded room. Easy covered access to casino as well and pool, hot tub which we didn't use.

$$$ hotel prices. Casino has a swimming pool which is very nice and clean. The casino itself has parking and a covered walkway for convenience. Casino is very well decorated looks a lot like Vegas. High chandeliers, nice carpeting, food for me is questionable I'm sure they could do better. They have a few bars but only one of them has a mixer? I asked myself why? So in order to get a margarita you have to go to another bar. This brings their customer service score way down. This casino is a nice little getaway.

I can't say I had a terrible experience here, but ...

I can't say I had a terrible experience here, but it certainly wasn't even average. Stayed for one night at the hotel, had dinner in the buffett, did a little gaming so I'll cover each aspect of those.

Hotel: Staff very friendly! Lobby clean! Room? We stayed in the "Executive Suite". The rate was amazingly cheap for what it is, two large rooms, balcony, large jacuzzi tub, king bed, gas fireplace - but the room itself is beyond old, worn, and dilapidated. Mismatching nightstands, a leather sofa so old, worn, and cracked I would be embarrassed to sell it at a garage sale. Stained carpeting, toenail clippings and a few butts on the balcony, scratched table surfaces, drab, worn, old and depressing. It's like the room has seen a hundred spring break parties and is perpetually hungover. Executive my you know what.

Food: Again, friendly service. The buffet is cheap on Monday if you're 50 or older. We are so the price was right at a discounted $11 plus tax. The quality is really, really bad. Atlantic farm raised salmon they lovingly cook right there - but it's Atlantic farm salmon.....yuck. This is the PNW AND serving Atlantic farm salmon tells you what you need to know about cost cutting with this place. Beef at the carving table dry and tough. Chicken is a sponge of grease. Sides are simple, few, and bland for the most part, or tasted strange when not. No bleu cheese dressing for salad - really? Redeeming qualities are the desserts, and the BBQ ribs are pretty decent. I get it's $11 on Monday nights for us older folks - but that's no excuse to be lousy.

Casino: Friendly bartender, needs training to learn that a Tom Collins is Gin and lemon juice, not vodka and sour, lol. Friendly people again. Decent number of slots, there were only two card tables open so we stuck to the one armed bandits. Received $10 free play and rapidly lost it. That set the tone for the night, every machine was a rapid loss. We moved all around the casino and played dozens of machines at various bet levels, but the result was consistent: rapid drain, no play, no bonuses, just a steady suck of funds. Tight is an understatement. We play all over the NW from 7 Feathers to Snoqualmie and points across, this casino was by far the tightest we have experienced in years. It was depressing and no fun at all. I don't expect to be a winner when I play slots, but I do expect entertainment and some action - not just straight robbery. We tossed our players card after an hour since it was evident we wouldn't be back. That said the bank of machines called Dragon Spin was doing well for some people camped at them, but there was no getting into them. Everything else was truly sad. I was up the next morning at 6 to head over and try my luck again, but the place was closed from 4am-8am. Another sign this place is all about just raking in the dough.

The hotel has a small area inside it with a 24 hour slot setup with about 40 machines of little diversity you can play early in the morning. I wandered in and played a little, but the vibe was too creepy with the half dozen meth tweakers bouncing around in there - no exaggeration. Nothing like trying to chill, drink coffee and lose some money with 2-3 drugged up locals doing the meth dance and twitch behind you. No thanks. This place doesn't care though.

I can't recommend coming here for anything. The food is geared toward the immediate locale for being cheap yet disgusting, the casino is geared towards addictive gamblers and has no enjoyment factor, and the hotel has no interest in spending on decent furniture upgrades. If you're north you'll do better in Fife, Auburn, Snoqualmie....etc, and if you're south keep to LaCenter and Grande Ronde. This place has nothing to offer you until something changes there. It only got 2 stars from me for the staff service.
