Nicely appointed and clean rooms. Much quieter place to gamble compared to casino, but machines sometimes malfunction, and slot attendants are frequently away from their desk or 'closed' so if you have a problem with a machine you are not likely to get any help. I had a machine 'eat' my ticket, and after an hour of waiting and having a security guard try to retrieve my ticket , I was told I would have to return the next day to get my money. When I returned, I was told that the person who needed to validate the return of my money hadn't done so before leaving for lunch and that I would have to return in two hours. The second time I returned, I had to wait another 35 mins for this person to come authorize the return of my money, then because the slot attendant/security guard had not made a note of how much money I had in the machine, they had to get another authorization, but now it was too late in the day (4:00pm) and I would have to come back tomorrow. I told them I would not be able to do that and demanded they do whatever they had to do to get my money. After another 45 mins my money was finally refunded. With no apology and zero comp. The entire time the staff treated me like I was to blame or was lying, despite that whole row of machines being closed after I and two others lost their tickets. All this over a little less than $200.
