We have been ordering from lucky duck for about six months now. There menu is large and they array of pizzas are great. Hands down the best is their round deep dish. Nothing else like it! Ordering online is super easy. The staff is great and the owner is very nice as well. Great place for your weekly family pizza night.
Okay, but extremely greasy. If you like you my style pizza I would suggest them, but if you don't like the pizza to be half grease, then I suggest trying somewhere else or using a lot of napkins.
I just grabbed a few of their quick slices with some duck rub on top. Quick and tasty.
The owner is very nice. There pizza slices are really good & the staff is very nice & they treat you like Family.
This place has the best breadsticks I ve ever had. They are covered in butter and are amazing. The pizza is really good as well and they are very nice!
The pizza was brought into class and after trying the Pepperoni and Cheese, I must say the pizza was great! For sure check this place out if you're looking for a quick bite!
So disappointed! Moved to the area about a year ago and have been looking for a good pizza place. I couldn t believe the reviews on this place so my husband and I were so excited to try it. We ordered a large round deep dish well done and when it was delivered to us it was room temp, if not cold, and soggy. No crisp, definitely not well done. Was also surprised to see that they use canned mushrooms, not fresh. Pizza sauce was very bland. Antipasto salad was good, but they give such a small cup of dressing with it. Not sure what the hype is all about. Such a bummer.
I love Lucky Duck. Unfortunately I don't get down there much anymore, but its really good. Don't forget the Duck rub.
Very disappointed... We decided to to travel the extra distance simply for the bubble bread that we ve always loved! Except this time, they gave regular sliced bread with very little cheese sauce on it. Definitely not worth it for $2.00 per slice.

Went here for the 1st time. Have been driving by for 4 yrs. Got a BBQ chicken pizza and a side of fries. Spectacular!! Will be our go too sorry for not stopping in sooner!
Well we where very excited to try this Pizza place out. Sadly to say it was slightly better than Papa Johns but way more $$$. It would have been exceptional pizza and well worth it if it resembled the pictures in their menu. To bad I really was looking forward to this place. Crust was good, not to thick not to thin.
Ordered two racks of ribs tonight for the fam. Wow, Lucky Duck s go over and above customer expectation. They are mouthwatering and have so much meat on them. Everyone enjoyed them very much! This is definitely Waterford s best kept secret!

Since being under new management, this place is my favorite pizza spot. The food is great with good prices. They also have the best staff who are quick at finishing my order. Definitely recommend trying.
Lucky Duck has got to be the best pizzeria I've ever been to. They are very unique with they're style of pizza and has a very friendly staff. I won't eat anywhere else since I've come here. Just tried a calming they are hoping to put on the menu and it was AMAZING! My girlfriend works here and she tells me everyday how fresh the food is!

Possibly our favorite local pizza place. Their standard round pizza is excellent and always cut all the way through for easy slice selection. My wife loves their Bubble Bread and I'm not even sure where else you can find that. I'm confident their other products are good too, but honestly I've never ordered anything else just because I like the pizza so much. There's also a couple of tables for dining in and the service has been very friendly whenever we've chosen that option.
right down the street, Best pizza in town until you hit dixy highway. Tried a promo cheeseburger pizza recently, It was very very good to say the least. te only thing that could be better about this place, is if they offered Chicago deep dish. which they do not but, you cant have it all haha
Pizza is good but if they had their crust on point it probably would have been the best pizza I have ever had and it wasn't delivered warm (not their fault). Bread sticks with the cheese sauce side....soooo good.

Just left there, owner introduced himself. Made small talk, something very rarely done in today's society, got in the car and snuck a breads tick, yummy, ok I had 4 on the way home. Got home and loved the look of the pizza. My mouth is watering, delicious, thanks Tim, you said it would be delicous, and it was.
After a long day of work followed immediately by parent teacher conferences I decided to give this place a try because Pizza seemed like the logical choice. When. I went inside to pick up my order Which was $18 I only had a $100 bill on me as I could not make it to the bank due to the busy schedule. After paying this older gentleman sees the worker at the register giving me change. He becomes furious at me & starts screaming obscenities in front of my son & another young patron. He tells me to the (F word) bank 1st & continues to scream as I walk out the door. I call back to ask for the manager only to find that older gentleman was actually the owner. I have never been treated more rudely in my life. We will never walk into this place again!

Went to lucky duck pizza on 11/22/2015 and got a large round with mushroom. 1 hour after eating the pizza, I started to get the shivers, and a giant headache. I went to bed as a result and I woke up with food coming up my throat, I ran to the bathroom and ended up puking 2 times in a row. Went back to bed and my temperature went up and I got the shakes and couldn't stay warm under 4 layers of blankets. An hour later I wake up and puke 2 more times. Let's just say I had one of the roughest nights of my life.
Excellent food with excellent prices. Bubble spread is outta this world. Employees are very responsible during these times

Was not sure but, now I drive past 5 pizza places to go to Lucky Duck. Great tasting crust and I dont usually ear the crust. At first, I laughed at the name. No any more. Also the dubs ate awsome. Steak n cheese and italian are any way
We get pizza and breadsticks on a regular basis and it's always good. We've also tried their subs and burgers, also good! The owner answers the phone often and is very helpful and friendly.

One of the best pizzas ever! I usually don't care for pizza joints, rather make it at home. There have been a lot of all known chains that disappoint. But Lucky Duck's doesn't. It's always hot, fresh ingredients and for the most part they are pretty fast! Delicious, full of toppings and even taste good the next day! I ordered from here on some hum bug ish one day and won't order from anywhere else. They do pizza right! Drivers are cool, never rude or creepy. Staff seems cool! It's a win win!

Just moved to Waterford recently and I ordered for the first time today. I think I'm in love. Hands down my favorite pizza place now. I love the duck rub they put on the pizza. It reminds me of green lantern but way better flavor pizza. My 2 year old approves also, he loved the breadsticks.
A little greasy but the pizza was very delicious, much better than any chain option. The pepperoni was also very tasty compared to most other pizza's. The staff was nice and the restaurant was clean enough. We will definitely be back!
Awesome pizza! Ask to try the duck rub, it's great. The ribs are amazing. I did not like ribs until I had ribs from Lucky Duck. You wouldn't expect a pizza place to have such high quality ribs, but they're smoked in house and done really well.
Food was good staff was nice there credit card read sucked and the owner was rude to them as well to use he used inappropriate language to us we will never go there again while he owns luck duck
Great pizza place. The food here is fantastic. The crust is crispy with the perfect amount of chew. The duck rub seasoning blend they have is delicious and I recommend requesting it on your pizza.

The parmesan cheese was flavorless. There was nothing exceptional about anything other than yes you could order a gluten free, vegan cheese cauliflower crust pizza so kudos to that but I wouldn't come here if you're looking for value or service.
I love the pizza. Hand made with love. Cheesy with a crispy crust. It doesn't make you feel like you just ate a bunch of bread like other pizzas. Oh and don't forget the pepperoni that cup up into a little bitesize bowl. Mmm mmm.

Been ordering for a couple months and it's become our favorite. Toppings are so fresh and flavorful, always cut perfect and consistent. We've stepped out of our comfort zone and tried some bizarre combinations and have been blown away every time. Great chewy crust, thin but with substance. Good breadsticks. Ordered the antipasto salad last night and the dressing is seriously amazing. We're outside the delivery area but have no problem paying extra for door dash. Picked it up once and the staff was really nice. Overall great local business that we're happy to support.
I wish I could rate zero stars. This place was horrible I saw the delivery guy drop the pizza right in front of me pick it off the ground and shovel it back in the box and said no refunds seriously never eat here worst place ever!!!!
Lucky Duck Pizza is the only pizza in Waterford that's worth eating. The pizza is made from quality ingredients and it's good, but it's all about the "Bubble Bread". Bubble Bread is a slice of thick bread with some kind of parmesan spread on it, toasted in a little side oven in the store. It's absolutely amazing. Their pizza takes me back to the days before the chain pizza behemoths ruined cheap pizza. It's the pizza they made 20 years ago when places were content to make a couple of bucks on a pizza and call it a day, not like now where everything in measured in percents of profit, every ingredient is measured and weighed and factored in the creation of the ratio where everything is divided by profit.
Pro tip to pizza places: I will pay you another dollar per pizza if your pizza is BETTER. Focus on your quality and sell your pie for a reasonable profit... if it's good, people will buy it. If it's crap, you'll still fail even at $5 a pizza.
Pizza was ok, too thin and greasy for my taste, but some people like that. The brradsticks were awesome.
This place use to be awesome!! Haven t had In awhile. Now I got it delivered . Warm almost cold . Over cooked . The bread sticks undercooked. Mona Lisa not that great . Totally disappointed. If I could post pics of pizza I would . They shouldn t even served it !
Love love they're pizza. Unfortunately horrible management and customer service. Just waited over an hour and a half and our pizza still wasn't even on it's way (this is the second time this has happened) and the girl hung up on me when I asked her to cancel my order. Will never order here again. My advice, if eating here make it a pick up. Very disappointing
I have been a fan since they opened. I have had crappy pizza from everyone with the exception of Luck Duck. These guys have the best pizza in Waterford. Keep up the good work guys.
Tried lucky duck for first time last week. It was pretty good, but a little greasy. It was served quick though and staff was very nice!
I was mislead by the great reviews! While waiting for my pizza, I watched as one of the pizza makers grabbed multiple different meats, opened and closed cooler doors with no gloves on or hand washing in between...all while making someone s pizza....pretty disgusted at that. I most certainly would NEVER order from here again.
These pizza's are covered with toppings.
And you should really try the Cowboy pizza.
My family loves this place. This is Waterford's best kept secret! My wife has never liked ribs and we ordered them tonight and we were both blown away! Cannot wait to order them again! My wife has always loved the cauliflower pizza and salads there and their Mona Lisa sub is one of my favs. And who wouldn't love the cheese and bubble bread cause they ooze with different cheeses. Their pepperoni pizza is the old style pizza that has the pepperoni that curls up after it's cooked like I had when I was a kid. Can't forget their signature duck rub. Our kids like that stuff on everything! The staff is always friendly and helpful. We can't say enough about this wonderful establishment!

The Lucky Duck is alright with me... We found this place on a Google search. The pizza was great and the cheese bread was very good. I was ready to buy another pizza to take home. The staff was friendly and patient to us Newbies. We will be back!
I decided to order pizza at Lucky Duck after struggling to decide what to eat and I hadn't eaten there in a while. The pizza was not like I remembered. The pizza was completely saturated with grease, but it tasted ok and was cooked well. The bread sticks were also greasy and they were doughy and not completely cooked. I did not like the taste of the bread sticks either. Overall for the high prices they charge and the quality of the food I don't think I will return to dine at Lucky Duck pizza.
this is the third time I have ordered from here, specifically asking for duck rub to be put on and it was not. pizza is great but they need to work on this issue.

Update: went back ordered on my way in took them forever to take the order over the phone. Waited my 10 minutes then STILL had to wait!!! The girl knew my order was "behind" and literally STOPPED in the middle of making it to answer the phone when there were 4 other people who could have answered it and they were also closer! Took 20 + minutes for a sub and it wasn't as good as the 1st time. I will not be back.
I was headed to one of the other restaurants to order take out and remembered they have Monday sub special for $4.99. I have never been there before tonight.
I pulled into a parking spot fully expected to get an Italian or Steak sub while deciding the two young ladies highly recommended the Mona Lisa!!! I'm so glad I listened!!! It was AMAZING!!! I think honestly the best sub I have had in years!!!! I loved the atmosphere, it reminded me of the pizza place I worked at when I was younger! The staff was super friendly and you could tell they liked working there and there were definitely regulars in there. I think I found my new favorite place, I can't wait to try the pizza!
Slower service but definitely pleasant! Pizza and breadsticks were very good but I didn't get everything that I ordered.
