GCs, designers and architects realize these products are readily available elsewhere. This is the last time I will call these "suppliers", and last time I recommend their products. I've had an account in the past and never will again. Contractors and installation companies go to Agway or Ideal - ten times better service and exactly the same product.
Unhelpful, disrespectful on the phone - BTW - we are who sell AND install all the metal roofs in Canada, not Home Depot. Stop letting middle men loose and help us grow our industry!
